26/09/2011 Project Management What is project? It is a temporary work or effort which has a unique purpose in specific time frame.

All Project management has a start, the middle and the end. What is project exactly? It is weather a business related or personal project. I. Conducting your organisation annual blood is a project. II. Having dinner party for 5 persons is a project. All project have outcomes, start and end dates and resource. As a project manager he must have a target outcome. He also must have people that work with him as a cross organisational participation. He also must have new things or a unique outcome or idea. He also must know the time, cost and performance of his project. What is not project? Exploration is not a project. There such things as 50/50 in a project. If a project there no such things as one person working, it must have communication. Creating the same things everyday is not a project and there must have time, cost and performance. If one of those things is not available it is not a project. Processes of a project in a group.

Transfer documents to the client. 3. Release resource such budget, browed item and etc. 4. Release staff, this is where you pay them 5. There are lesson learned
