The apartment, built in 2005-2006 at the ground floor of a typical alpine building in a

Three lifts begin at town level: Baradello (chairlift), Palabione (chairlift e
cabin) and Magnolta (chairlift). Palabione lift also works during summertime.

APARTMENT LAYOUT
Our apartment has been studied and furnished in 2007 to comfortably housing up to 6
persons. It measures 45 square meters and offers a private fenced green garden of 40 4
s.q.m. All windows are west-exposed and open on the garden.
The total surface area reaches 85 s.q.m. An independent heating system guarantees
comfortable temperatures that can be adjusted electronically from inside.

As shown in the map, the inner surface area’s divided into three rooms.
BEDROOM
One double bed (190cm x 160cm) north-south oriented with blankets and
duvet. Pillowcases and sheets not provided.
One bunk bed (each mattress measures 190cm x 80cm) with ladder and
blankets. Pillowcases and sheets not provided.
One roomy cupboard 220cm high plus a 3 meter long wall unit.
Between the wall and the bunk bed a functional cupboard offers many
schelves.
Two big drawers are positioned under the bunk bed.
The space under the double bed has been left accessible from three sides to let
you exploit it for handbags and luggage.

MAIN ROOM
The room has a double glazing door that opens onto the private garden (it’s only
openable from inside, no keyhole). Although not separated physically, two distinct areas 7
are recognizable: kitchen and dining room.
