Tests of the 20.09.2000 carried out according to the indications of manufacture given by Paul Pantone, taken again by Jean-Louis Naudin and appearing in the preceding part of our file. The engine with plasma and the adaptations were made by Mr. David In order to be in an unfavourable case, the tests were voluntarily carried out with an engine with the reject. It acts of an engine of cultivator, 240 cm3, at 4 times, of Honda mark, in bad general state, and consuming oil. - the first test was carried out with super 95 pure.

- the second test was carried out with super 95 added with 40 % of water of the tap. - the third test was carried out with super 95 added with approximately 70 % of water of the tap. In the best of the cases, in spite of approximate manual adjustments and whatever the proportion of water in the mixture, the analysis of the emissions made while placing the probe with the outlet pipe of gases indicates that: the volume of carbon Monoxide (CO) can go down to 0,2 - 0,3 % the volume of Carbon dioxide (CO2) can go down to 12 - 13 % average CO is gone down to 0,2 - 0,3 % the number of Hydrocarbon ppmi (HC) can go down to 150 the volume of oxygen turns around 2 to 3 % Measurements (mentioned again in the page of Jean-Louis Naudin that we reproduce hereafter) are those of the second test with super 95 added with 40 % of water of the tap. Note: the adaptation that we carried out starting from the indications of Paul Pantone is certainly not optimal since dimensions used are those of engines from 2 to 3 liters...

Moreover, we have any muffler, nor no regulation with the admission...

We presented several times a white handkerchief to - above of the exhaust and noted that there remained white. We did not feel any particular odor even by putting the nose above the exhaust, and even following abrupt accelerations. The results relating to depollution are amazing and could be observed by all. One can wonder what will be the results with a good engine, regulated well, with a compression ratio adapted, our results being probably faded because of the presence of oil due to a cylinder largely striped following a former tightening.

At the simultaneous request of my friend Jean-Louis Naudin and my friends Soars creators of the site Quant' Man, I undertook the realization of a prototype of the Processor with Multi - Fuels of Mr Pantone. The 13, September 14, and 15 2000, I joined together materials necessary and assembled them according to the plans and explanations provided on Internet site of Mr Pantone. These plans are worked out to make it possible to any handyman to very quickly carry out and less expenses the invention by using elements very ready, available in the majority of the rays plumbing of certain great surfaces or other stores of hardware or heating specialists. I respected dimensions of the engine part particularly, i.e. that - the external tube is tube of heating 26/34, length 30 cm - the interior tube is tube heating 15/21 length 40 cm - the stem inside tube 15/21 fact 13 mm diameter and 30 cm length. As you will find with difficulty a semi steel stem - hard or STUB of diameter 13, you can take diameter 12, me I used the STUB one of diameter 13 (the STUB one is a rectified steel of high quality, but a steel concrete-reinforcing steel kind can be appropriate). Having at disposal a workshop of mechanics, I did not have any difficulty in carry out the various small machinings recommended by Mr Pantone, but with files and a little patience you can reach that point too. I used valves with ball of 3/4 of inch in the place of the valves of 1/2 inches, because I had them in stock. I used an old engine of cultivator that it was necessary me to give in state (grinding of valves etc.) of Honda mark, 240 DC at 4 times.

It is obviously necessary systematically to use 4-stroke engines which have their greasing because the 2-stroke engines lubricated by the gasoline mixture - oil cannot be appropriate since the oil added in the fuel will never reach the engine and will be transformed into synthetic gas (hydrogen). September 15 at the evening, all my installation was ready to start, the whole installed on a simple board posed on the ground by respecting the Southern Northern orientation of the engine advised by Pantone (left engine Northern side). I put in the can a half liter of gasoline of mixture at 5 % of oil which I usually use for my slicer (I had only that under the hand). I open all the valves .fond, with a oil-can, I introduce a little gasoline into the valve very close to the admission of the engine, I draw on the string, the engine toussote a little but does not launch out. I add a little gasoline with the oil-can and I close all the valves with half. I again try a departure, the engine starts frankly, some turns and the exhaust smokes like that of a normal engine. Then quickly, by handling the valves randomly, and in less than 5 seconds, the engine takes speed and obeys immediately my handling of valves and to my amazement plus any smoke does not leave the exhaust. Always to my amazement and after only one about thirty seconds of operation, the engine reacts better and better to my handling of valves and is able to reach a very important speed or to hold an extreme idle. I note that, according to the position of the valves, I make hold with the engine any range speed of way stable. Accelerations are clear and instantaneous and, hot, the engine starts again without problem, putting gasoline in the first valve. During operation, one can note through the walls of the can - bullor the more or less intense boiling according to the vitessedu driving and which is thus produced by a part of diverted exhaust fumes (adjustable by the valve on the exit of exhaust). The following days, the engine always functioned in the same way without problem. Finally, September 20, we went in a mechanic, we made the control of pollution, with gasoline, then with a mixture of gasoline with 40 % of water and finally with 70 % of water whose one can see the results above. Now, it remains us much to make to include/understand and adapt to our desires and our needs the incredible invention for Mr Paul Pantone

The Processor Multi-Fuels of Pantone is a new internationally patented technology ( US005794601A1 ) whose inventor is Paul Pantone. This revolutionary system allows the majority engines 4 times conventional to function with a eau/hydrocarbures mixture. It is able to use all types of fuels (gasoline, diesel, kerosene, worn oils and others derived from hydrocarbons...) thanks to its engine with plasma with endothermic reaction The Processor Multi-Fuels allows also an important reduction of pollution by producedes gas by the exhaust of almost 85% compared to a conventional engine. Tests carried out by many industrialists and experimenters already showed that it is even possible to make function an engine equipped with this device with a mixture of hydrocarbons (20%) and water (80%)... The device is composed of three principal parts: The Admission/Echappement Connection, The Engine with plasma with endothermic reaction (containing the magnetic bar and the room with pyrolysis), Bulleur. The conventional carburettor and the muffler (and its catalytic system) are not necessary any more after installation of the device.

Description and guiding principles of the engine with plasma with endothermic reaction (by Jean-Louis Naudin): The heart of the processor Multi-Fuels of Pantone is a generator with plasma with selfinduction or engine with plasma with endothermic reaction. The endothermic engine is composed of two coaxial steel cylinders: - the interior cylinder (threaded at each end), called the room with pyrolysis (418mm length and 12.7mm of diameter) contains a steel stem of 305mm length and 12mm of diameter (not magnetized before grinding). A side of this steel stem is round in order to make it possible to identify its direction (and its magnetic polarity after grinding) at the time of a possible disassembling. The stem is maintained in the center of the room with pyrolysis thanks to 3 small nipples welded with each one of its ends. - the external cylinder (threaded at each end) is a steel tube of 305mm length and 25.4mm of diameter.

The two cylinders are placed coaxialement thanks to two reducers in T (represented on the plan below) placed at each end. The bullor is a tank containing a mixture of water and hydrocarbons (gasoline, diesel, kerosene, worn oils and others derived from hydrocarbons...). The hot gas flow coming from the exhaust of the engine circulates by the outside part of the engine (in blue on the drawing) with a strong kinetic energy, that contributes to bring up to very high temperature the steel stem (being used as heat accumulator) contained in the room to pyrolysis. The gases cross the engine and penetrate then in the bullor containing the eau/carburant mixture. The vapors of the mixture are strongly aspired by the vacuum created by the admission and are pushed by the pressure coming from the exhaust. The kinetic energy of the vapors is increased considerably (in the orange part) by the reduction of the diameter in the room with pyrolysis (effect Venturi). The combined effect of the high temperature and this increased kinetic energy causes the thermochemical decomposition of the eau/carburant mixture. This transformation of the vaporized eau/carburant mixture creates hydrogen available, this last mixed with the fuel generates a high-output hydrocarbon. It is noted that after one break-in period of about 20 minutes, the axis of the engine being aligned with the terrestrial magnetic field, the steel bar of the pyrolytic room is magnetized. Bidirectional flow chaud-froid produces a potential difference contributing to the formation of an active plasma interacting with the magnetic field of the bar and causes a movement spiraliforme gas around the bar and which thus lengthens its way in the pyrolytic room. The endothermic engine forms a electro-plasma-chemical unit (EPC) making it possible to create a high-output fuel coming from the decomposition of the water contained in the eau/hydrocarbures mixture is confirmed by the important presence of oxygen O2 in exhaust fumes (see lower analysis). http://jnaudin.free.fr/geet/images/fp5kfrbg.gif

Important note : It was found recently that the steel stem of 12mm used initially in the room with pyrolysis, has a diameter a little too small if one uses a tube of 15x21mm (see photo in bottom of the page) like room with pyrolysis. (It is necessary for the 1mm maximum of space between the steel stem and the tube). It is thus recommended to use a steel stem 13 mm in diameter to improve the performances of the engine (improvement of the Venturi effect and thermochemical effect). Procedure and method of construction of a Processor Pantone Multi-Fuels

20/09/00 - Test of the Processor Pantone Multi-Fuels successful by Mr. David (France)

September 20, 2000, the tests of the engine 4 times of 240 Cm3 equipped with the Processor Multi-Fuels and built by Mr. David were a total success. The construction of the Processor Multi-Fuels was carried out by Mr. David in conformity with the plan, published above free on Internet network in November 1999 per Paul Pantone (the inventor). All the parts used are standard and come from stores of do-it-yourself and/or great surfaces (ray plumbing). Bulleur is a simple can of 4 liters used to store antifreeze. The engine used within the framework of this test is an old engine of recovery coming from a cultivator of Honda mark. The first test was carried out with 2 liters of fuel "mixes 2 times" in Bulleur. The startup is carried out by injecting a little normal fuel "95" and by actuating the handle of launching. Starting was carried out without any difficulty and only an adjustment of the mixture of air inlet and valve of exhaust were necessary to obtain an optimal speed of the engine. A control of the exhaust made it possible to note that the exhaust fumes are clean and without odor and this, in spite of the use of a essence/huile mixture (standard mixture 2 times).

"No odor, and a handkerchief placed at the exit of the exhaust remains completely clean, it is incredible!!! ", M.David exclaims. That is confirmed with each test by many friends. The engine functioned with full mode (as before the modifications) during several hours at the time of various tests.

Tests with various types of fuels and hydrocarbons were carried out successfully. The tests began with a mixture from 60% from gasoline and 40% from water. The engine functioned then perfectly with a Essence mixture (30%) and Water (70%).

RECENT PROBLEMS AT GEET A change of direction is in hand at GEET. Paul and Molley there are obliged and give up former family operation with his nonnot involved interventions aiming at seizing the power for another way of functioning in more widened company. They take care that the share "helps with humanity" is preserved. There was a real attempt to remove Molley by making so that Paul, her husband is shown of his death. R) During the 18 last years, Paul Pantone tested a broad range of fuels, gasoline, diesel, kerosene, thinner of painting, the crude, acid oil of battery, solvent worn etc as principal fuels. Paul Pantone then started to make mixtures - it is what it calls exotic fuels - in general based on 20 % of hydrocarbons mixed with salted water, aerated beverages, juices or any other liquidates available. As none of these fuels "burns" in the same way, one must make adjustments for the fuel which is flaring. It is there that it is important to include/understand ALL the phenomena to be capable to use very new fuel. Delicate balance required between the vacuum, the level of liquid (in the spray), the differences of temperature and control of air, all that is decisive to have a complete plasma. Since all the fuels are different the profits in autonomy are it too. The reports/ratios go from 80 % of improvement up to 500 and 600 %. Certain people have a better autonomy and a light reduction of power (in horses) while others, which wish to increase the power are happy by doubling only their autonomy(what amounts reducing by half their consumption).And still, if you pay $1,50 per gallon it is perhaps not as important for you as if you pay $7,50. In such a reaction, there is no more carbon (HC, CO, CO2) which leaves the tailpipe; and the oxygen rate of the exhaust of the engine is even higher than that ambient. It sometimes sometimes happened to us to observe reactions of ballistic level where the engine seemed to turn on the air, delivering unrealistic powers for its size and making become the almost transparent reaction vessel! We really do not know how to reproduce that, nor do not know of them the risques(radiations, etc.) The plans provide a configuration of reaction of weak on average level, also it does not have there need to modify the engine.

A) A presentation in the New Jersey Company GEET stresses that it is important to present its technology at the various local and governmental authorities. With such results, Bug VW 1999 which has catalytic pot, neither valve EGR, neither electronic module of control, neither detectors, nor control of emissions of any kind can pass the hand high controls of pollution in Utah. One had said to Pantone that this Bug had a consumption located between 8,4 and 10,7 liters. Once modified with the PMC-GEET, consumption passed to 6 liters and is descended below the 4,7 liters since. But did the car keep power? Its dash speed of 150 km hour is higher than the limits in force. For a user not informed of the presence of the PMC-GEET, the car kept power and flexibility. And for this reason, nothing simpler, to get into the car, to turn the key and to wait 15 seconds that the engine heats before leaving! The price of the kit for VW would be $1250 but progressively with the increase in the sales, it should fall. Companies adapting of the injectors on cars practise the same kind of tariff and even higher for systems which only reduce the pollution from 5 to 10 %, while increasing the autonomy by 3 to 5 % with a weak increase in power. For the installation, nothing simpler, nothing to cross or bore, the kit is appropriate for any frame with an engine VW cooled by air or for cylinder flat. For a fairly skilful person, all can be done in 2 hours. It is just necessary to replace the pipe in "J" (departure of the gases flarings towards the engine) of the cylinder n 1 on the momentary side by the reaction vessel, to replace the carburettor by the valve of control of air, to bolt the carburettor with phase shift (carburizing of mower modified) and to make the connections and food. The precision adjustments should not take more than 15 to 30 minutes For the PMC-GEET model 1 for the VW "Beetles" cooled with air, Karman Ghias and the buses with vertical engines VW, GEET arrived from there at the stage of the production.

The basic configuration remains the same one for any conversion and adaptation to engines. More sophisticated versions are now available starting from GEET which use valves of control of air, which combine the functions of the three valves with an automatic distribution and also a carburettor or systems with injection intended to replace the bulleurs in the vehicles.

STAGE 1 The necessary tools are as follows: tube tubular hexagon box spanneres, keys while growing or with variable opening, folding machine of pipes with springs, pipe-cutter, tools to widen the tubes, Allen wrench, material of welding, files and screwdriver. You get all the parts and tools in advance, to see the list of the parts hereafter. The majority of the professional stores of plumbing have in stock of the parts of better quality that those of the great centers of do-it-yourself where they are less expensive. But lLes economies is not important on a small project like this one. STAGE 4 Ask a plumber to cut your tube interior engine of 1/2"to 16 + 7/16" and to thread the two ends. Here, use black pipes because the galvanized pipes release from the toxic fume if they too much are heated. Only file the stem steel multi fuel of 12"X 1/2" in form round on an end. (7 + 3/8 "X 1/2" for the gasoline only). This will prevent you having then troubles if you cannot any more recall you on which side the stem is pointed. The engine will not function if the stem is put at back after having had a magnetic signature. Assemble the parts in the order as in the photograph below by using copper discs of 7/8"/22mm used for the drain plugs of sump - (2 T of reduction machined of 2 - 1"x1/2"x1/2", joined by the connection of 12 "length on 1", slip the pipe engine of 16 + 7/16"length over 1/2" inside and add a copper disc at each end then add then T of 1/2", male fitting widened out of brass of 1/2" NPT/1/2 ", then a connection of 1 1/2" and one valve of mixture of air of 1/2"

STAGE 5 Assemble the other under-assemblies of components of valves below. The plate entered adaptatrice left out of steel thickness 1/2"below is used only on some engines like Tecumseh and of the valve engines at the head (see Etape 9). STAGE 7 Take a copper pipe of 10 3/4"X 1/2" and weld an adapter of pipe of 1/4"NPT - 1/2" at an end and a stopper of 1/2"with the other. Bore a hole of 1/16", turn from 90 and still bore, and also another until the bottom. Take the other adapter of 1/4"NPT - 1/2" and cut the part of fine wall to make a nut hollowed out to pass the pipe and file quite smooth to put in the can "Antifreeze" (bullor).

STAGE 8 Take a can of antifreeze of approximately 4 liters and bore a hole of 1/2"close the top of the pot through the stopper as on the photograph. Assemble the parts together in the following order: pipe, connection half of 3"X 1/4", connector of pipe of 1/4", connection court of 3/4", rings, hole in the pot, rings and hollow nutand pipe of pressure return - in option, half connection of 3"X 1/4", elbow of 1/4", connection court of 3/4", ring, hole in the stopper of the pot, ring and welded pipe.

STAGE 9 The adapter of port was formed by cleaning the ports of admission and exhaust. Then while plunging the finger in the wearing of exhaust to recover a little soot in order to rub it on adhesive tape stuck with a broad overflow on the ports. This lets a perfect gauge then to bore then in a steel part of 1/2"thickness, then bore the assembly and the holes of port and to tap the ports with a tap of 1/2" NPT.

Use tube of 1/2"per 10 CV or less (* of the tube of 5/8" and the adjustments widened for 10 to 20 CV) with a bending machine of spring tube of 1/2 '' and form a loop and then remove the spring. Slip the nuts widened at each end and slip then the tool to be widened (to make the collets) in such way that the tube exceeds approximately 3/16", widen the ends. (the domestic air-conditioners have widened adjustments if you have difficulties of forming them)

STAGE 11 Assemble all the parts on the engine and add then a tube socket of 1"or one hanger of exit of 1 1/4". To fill the bullor without exceeding the quarter until to you use it (then one can fill it with half). Ask somebody to hold firmly the can while starting the engine to prevent that it does not flow in the pipes, if fuel wet the stem of reaction, that would stop operation and you will have to dry the stem and the pipes. You can hang it to the handlebar of the mower if you wish it well after the engine start. It is necessary to direct the end of emission of the Northern solid drill-rod while making start the engine the first time and let it turn 30 minutes so that that grinds the stem. The stem will be centered magnetically all alone after having functioned or then you can weld 3 nipples at each end to center the stem (file to adjust them exactly). TO FINISH Carry out the tests with - the valve of pressure return to function in closed loop with alternate fuels. - 8 - WHAT SE DOES IT PASS IN A PROCESSOR MULTI - FUELS GEET OF PANTONE?


A) Bases of technology The technology of the PMC-GEET of Pantone is not a challenge with traditional physics even if the exhaust shows a pollution ZERO. The PMC-GEET is a generator of self-induced plasma. It is a basic scientific basic interconnection controlled by the majority of the laws of thermodynamics. The PMC-GEET reduces the pollution by 85 % and makes possible to make function the majority of the engines with gasoline, diesel, kerosene while increasing the performances of the traditional fuels. The PMC-GEET of Pantone is quite simply a new type of carburettor having its microphone inside - refinery. In short, in a PMC-GEET the waste heat is transferred to the fuel which enters the engine and is in a certain vacuum, the apparatus attracts the fuel until the center of the exhaust, the whole of the assembly ensures a molecular break in the vacuum of all the heaviest elements. It is in the Processor with Multi Carburants GEET of Paul Pantone (PMC-GEET) that the production of a fuel was successful not polluting coming from a mixture of 80 % of water and 20 % of hydrocarbons. The process of operation of the PMC-GEET uses the vacuum and heat produced by an internal combustion engine having a candle lighting. The system consists of a tailpipe, a stem engine and a room with pyrolysis. The tailpipe has an end directly connected to the exhaust manifold and the other to the room to pyrolysis. The traditional carburettor and the system of exhaust including the catalytic pot are not necessary. The stem engine made of an exiguous piping is connected to the internal room of the room with pyrolysis with one of its ends and goes from the tailpipe (in central position) to the engine and exceeds approximately 15 cm of the exhaust manifold where it is connected with a valve of air intake and from there, enters the collector of entry. There does not require to modify the engine itself if it is a model with lighting with sparks. For the engines with compression there can be certain modifications. The process starts when one directs the mixture of precursory fuel (which can be a hydrocarbon or a toxic waste) of the fuel tank to the reaction vessel (called room with pyrolysis by Derek Bawn) The precursory fuel is also called pretreated or alternate according to terms' of the patent http://www.patents.ibm.com/details?patent_number=5794601 A part of exhaust fumes (see 18, 18a and 18b in the patent) is collected at the end of the room of the tailpipe and is sent in the internal room to the exhaust manifold at the other end, mixed with the pretreated fuel and vaporized under a certain vacuum (negative pressure) provided by the engine and if necessary by an auxiliary vacuum pump. The PMC-GEET thus functions on a vacuum and attracts the fuel until the center of the exhaust. It is at this time that it seems to occur an atomic dissociation of the fuel and a better combustion of the latter which is thus thus used to the maximum instead of leaving at the end of the tailpipe. The gases - out of vapor - which results from it leaves by the tailpipe (inside piping at the end of the engine) and is mixed with an adequate quantity of ambient air with the valve of admission and is aspired by the vacuum in the restricted space of the piping of the stem engine where, at a certain point (with a change of abrupt temperature it occur a phase shift of the elements. They enter then the collector of induction to be flarings. It is interesting to notice that the temperature of the exhaust to the final emission is 1 or 2 degree lower than that of the ambient temperature of the air intake. If the pipe with field of plasma is too short or too length compared to the density of the fuel used, the end nearest to the engine is overheated or ice is formed on the other end.

One can describe the phenomenon which occurs in the PMC-GEET from Pantone as being a controlled flash. When nature, the masses of hot and cold air enter in collision while moving in opposite direction, it occurs an electric discharge, either a jet, or a ball of energy. That depends if the mass of air has a conductivity corresponding to a type of discharge radial or longitudinal. Many discharges of this kind are not visible for us, others are amplified by moisture and radiate in a field of energy perceived like a coloured light. It is when the electromagnetic field radial as longitudinal and is as well balanced to create the center of the reaction of plasma which it is with its maximum of effectiveness. In nature, the flash can give temperatures going until 32.000 C and 1 billion volts. It is this field of generated plasma car which is with work in the PMC-GEET in the reaction vessel without using source of external energy or parts which wear. The components of the PMC-GEET allow the transfer of the quasi totality of the heat produced in the plasma which stabilizes then the magnetic field as much as it increases the flow of electrons for any need, the request. A) Problems Paul Pantone passed about fifteen years on his processor to Carburant GEET(PMC-GEET). At the beginning, the majority of the tests were made on small internal combustion engines. For better studying combustion, Paul Pantone then worked on applications intended for the boilers. The many demonstrations do not show major technical difficulties as one can see it in the video of LightWorks (see in our site in the part Catalogue/Vidos) like in other reproductions of experiments (of which ours described in the part "achievements and experiments of this file).

The modernization of the engines can vary depending on their state, the conditions operating, the skill of those which work there... The encountered problems are not at the technical level. A delay in work in 1996 - an unforeseen shortage due to the supplier of generators - even had a later positive result since with the new supplier, the quality of the generators improved. The problems are especially financial as one previously saw by evoking the philosophy of the inventor and had with the difficulty of persuading the "experts" as we will speak about it thereafter. For its part Dr. Wood does not think: "that there are problems of operation or internal maintenance of engine other than those met with methane, natural gas or with standard internal combustion engines functioning with" traditional fuels ". Research relating to the PMC-GEET was empirical (Pantone compares it with that of Edison when it developed the electric bulb). It made it possible to check that the invention functions well, but one would need theories and models computerized to lead it to optimize all its possibilities. For that, it is necessary that scientists with the "open" spirit imply themselves. In front of prototypes which function indeed, the scientists should include/understand this technology easily. If a manufacturer adopted this technology, he would like exclusiveness in it and would control some the disclosure or would choke forever it. Car manufacturers said to Pantone that they really did not worry to contribute to depollution as long as the consumers or the governments would not oblige them to do it. Several large companies - while affirming that they do "all that they can" know the PMC-GEET but do not want to reduce pollution if that costs them money... An example coming from a company of Utah: an acid waste mixed with salted water was used like fuel in a PMC-GEET. In 1990, Pantone which sought to obtain the crude oil to make its tests, had calledChevron Researchin Richmond in California. For waiting, it is thus modernization (retrofit), the adaptation which is the only valid way so that this technology reaches the public. In May 1999, Ford, one of the first in its field, decided to line up more with the policy in force in the American car industry. The modernization of the diesels is rather simple. - 6 - COMPANY GEET EAST PRETE FOR THE PRODUCTION

After months of waiting, Pantone has a patent posed on the valve of control of air designed to adapt to all the carburettor engines. Since years, at GEET one speaks about kits, but even by having a beautiful workshop of R&D and while leaving 3, or better, 5 new kits per week, one would need too much time to touch 50 % of the vehicles. Instead of the kits, GEET produces reaction vessels, valves of control of air, fuel sprays and material making it possible to the fitter to remove the carburettor, to cut a part of the exhaust, to install the various parts, to curve the pipes and to connect the various catches, which would make it possible to touch in one year 95 % of the automobile park. With the principle of the kit, the modification is held in the $1250 plus $250 of installation. With the parts: approximately $900 and $600 of installation what returns about to same. But the great difference is due to the fact that the adaptation of the vehicles can be faster whatever their marks and their models. The prolongations of the invention of Pantone are numerous: in more of work on the vehicles with injection, one finds the heating appliances, the quiet mowers, the power generating units and also an electrical appliance intended to produce water starting from the air, such an apparatus of 5 kw could provide, according to the moisture of the ambient air, up to 10.000 gallons of pure water per hour. Paul and Molley (which works near her husband since 1995) Pantone think that our children and their descent have as of the birth the right to live on a livable planet. And it is possible! It is time to make a great cleaning! It is capital to reduce the fuel consumption which generates hydrocarbons and pollutant gases. With all those which dream "to look after" planet, Paul and Molley Pantone form the following wishes: That we can live in a world in peace disencumbered of the rejections due to the technical development whose rejections soil water, the air and the ground and who brought us to the borders of our car destruction That people help each other That reign abundance... When one asks to Paul Pantone if it agrees to treat with all the countries, it answers calmly: "Of course, bus as long as a country will pour toxic waste in the ecosystem, pollution will continue." The need being the mother of the invention and the recourse to the horse not being necessary, Pantone was mobilized since 1979 in research and the development of products sought by the public. Research on plasma is really a new scientific field and according to Americans', the greatest part of the literature concerning this subject comes from the tranger(NDLR: it is rather rare!) MIT-EREN-DoE and the American Council for Automobile Research - consortium made up of Ford, GM and Chrysler discovered that the technology of the "Reformateur with Plasma" functions and finance research now of it. With MIT, Dr. Daniel Cohn (first named at the Price of Discovered in the field of Transport in 1999) uses a technology called "Plasmatron" reducing the emissions up to 90 %. The Mexicain government which must face since years with a power failure in Mexico City, projects to build installations intended to manufacture the PMC-GEET on their premises. Thus, the economy would gain of stability, the air in purity, moreover that would reabsorb unemployment. There are other applications of the PMC-GEET, in more of the production of electricity in power stations: the desalination of sea water, pumping... all installations which would buy the toxic fuel intended for their operation while avoiding dangerous and expensive transport of the East coast at the West coast. Canada which carries out tests on the PCB and other waste toxic tested an apparatus PMCGEET of 10 CV and the results were considered to be interesting. Another project at GEET which one cannot envisage the duration of the phase of tests but which is formidably exciting: to begin tests on the capacity of the PMC-GEET to evacuate our environment of the nuclear waste...

Other advantages of the PMC-GEET

An engine modified with the PMC-GEET is as less noisy as the others, at the time of the tests, one hears that the noise of the machine driven by the engine This advantage pleasing GEET to develop a new range of quiet lawn mowers. The lifespan of the engines transformed thanks to the PMC-GEET is increased by 10 times compared to the traditional engines where the carbon particles act like sand on the parts of engine. The first prototype built by Pantone turned 7000 hours with oil and candles of origin whereas its equivalent under traditional operation is given for 700 hours. If one lays out a transparent dome on the top of cylinder, one sees that on a normal engine lighting jumps on one side to the other on all the top of the piston what creates unequal pressures, friction and wear. There is only half of fuel which is burned in the traditional engine, the remainder burns on the valves, the collector and all that remainder burns in the catalytic pot. For this reason, the use of an engine adapted to the PMC-GEET does not see its effectiveness consumption

to increase of more than 200 %. For example, Chevy "retrofite" does not make any more but 5,6 liters to the 100 km compared to the 16,8 liters consumed front. Moreover, one sees another advantage on the tailpipe because the engine functioning while heating less, the silencer does not become hot if one makes the suitable adjustment according to the fuel used. These apparatuses making it possible to better include/understand the theories with work, left at the end of 1996. They are conceived for purposes of studies for special tests and to make demonstrations. They do not have a float and must be actuated manually. The room of float is a bottle of glass which makes it possible the observers to see the "fuels" vaporized in the tank. These apparatuses are thus made that they can function with waste, for example of gas mixed with oil of lighting, engine oils new and worn, liquid manure of pig, liquid of transmission, gases of soda, vinegar etc brine. I used a large pot of glass (in order to see the phenomenon of bullage well). I also improved the access for the stem. Two openings face, which enables me to see the stem and to withdraw it easily. The valves are positioned better. The joints were stopped with paste high temperature for the tailpipes automobile. The other photograph is the stem of which one on the sides is cut as out of star with hollows so that circulation is not stopped too much. I recently improved this stem. Moreover I posed a permanent magnet there with the one of the ends, it also out of star.

Applauded by about thirty people attending his courageous defence, a young engineer obtains his diploma with a study of the PMC Pantone. The team "Quant' Homme" as Jean-Louis Naudin congratulate C Martz for obtaining on this diploma starting from a subject as disturbing as the adaptation of a PMC of Pantone to an engine. Work of this young engineer aiming at characterizing this system comes to enrich the reflexion by all those which currently adapt PMC Pantone to their own engines. Admittedly there no was reduction of consumption (if that had been the case, it no would have perhaps been diploma either?!) but this fact is due to the brakes of circulation which the measuring apparatus exerted on gases. But what a success for the demonstration concerning depollution! Large a thank you with this young engineer who offers to all in our pages the synthesis of his first results, as his calculations relating to the performances of the tractor n 22. We hope that it will find soon people quite advised who will offer the advisability to him of making her knowledge profitable and of course to deepen them.

Development of a test bench and characterizations of process GEET of P. Pantone to hydrocarbon reforming. (Supported on October 11, 2001 for obtaining Mechanical Diploma ENSAIS Engineering)

Introduction and context of study


When during 1st six-month period 2000/2001 I made a study, within the framework of my formation, on new energies for the urban transport, I fell on process GEET from Paul Pantone. Entant what raises curious and sensitive to pollution of planet, I strongly wished in knowing more about this process. I then succeeded in convincing my professors to carry out my PFE (Project of End of Studies) on the characterization of the GEET. I was to then carry out a test bench of characterization, however taking into account the complexity of the reaction, it was not possible, with my knowledge and in the few months which were assigned to me to carry out a complete characterization of the process. In this direction this study constitutes a pilot study which introduces other studies necessary to supplement the characterization of the GEET. Seeing in process GEET, a very promising system on many points, I wish of any heart that these studies be carried out, and I strongly hope to place my competences at the disposal of these studies. Obviously these studies will not be done without supports financier, material and technique. I am thus now in a phase of search for aids and subsidies, of course I am opened with all the proposals, contact me if you think of being able to propose a support to me (whatever it is). Many will understand that the study of the GEET within the framework of a PFE, sanctioning the end of the studies of engineer, is dared and that there is a considerable risk to confront at a scientific community skeptic. Nevertheless, after some clashes with my professors tutors, I succeeded in taking down my diploma for the occupation of engineer in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Energtique option. But it is only the beginning....

Realization of the test bench.


Here some photographs of the test bench which was carried out on the basis of power generating unit gasoline (9cv and 4 kcVa), in the workshops del' school. The assembly is summary (not optimized) and takes again the simple plan diffused by Pantone. The test bench was designed to make it possible more precisely to characterize the process on certain points like depollution according to the power, consumption spcifique(quivalent with the output), the flows entering the engine, the study of temperatures and pressure at the remarkable points in the engine, an analysis of the gases input/output of the engine...

The elements which follow give only the most remarkable results, contact me for additional information, my final report/ratio making more than 110 pages, it is impossible for me to speak here about all the results observed. Though it is I place at your disposal the most interesting results (which all will have almost to be supplemented by other studies) to ensure total comprehension of the process. Because they is plain which we will arrive one day, I am sure, to include/understand the process.

Remarkable results and observations.


1) fuel Consumption

Electric output of the power generating unit in % electric according to the electric output Caption of 3 different operations: A) Assembly 100% of origin, B) Operation out of carburettor with exhaust in the engine (Double pipe) C) Operation 100% Pantone, Interpretations: We did not note significant profit in consumption compared to operation 100% of origin, nevertheless, with a stacking of tubes, we have certainly the performances of a carburettor, which nevertheless required, there is more than 50 years, of the years of studies and research. Then it would seem that our circuit of exhaust (engine + durites+ pot of origin) attaches the draining of the engine (as the very weak output under operation B) shows it, in the same way

for the entirely experimental circuit of admission and thus not optimized on the level controls of fuel and injection. Improvements and action to be taken: - assemblies improved on the level of the pressure losses are highly likely to see strongly reduced consumption. - We could not vary the advance with lighting, however it is a paramount parameter on an engine with lighting commande(motor gasoline) and it conditions the performances of the engine directly. Strong profits are awaited after optimized adjustment of this advance. This explains can be the differences observed in the falls in consumption on the various assemblies carried out, indeed, each engine has its own advance (which corresponds more or less well to Gas GEET) 2) Pollution of exhaust fumes Here also we carried out comparison tests between operation B) and C). The results of depollution in Pantone are carried out with constant mode of 3000 tr/m and variable electric charge.

Pollutants according to the electric output under operation PANTONE (C))

Reduction of the pollutants between CARBURIZING operation and PANTONE Interpretations: Depollution on CO and ppm HC in Pantone is remarkable and, moreover, increases with the engine load: the hotter the engine is, the more effective the reaction of conversion seems (lowers CO2 and increase in oxygen). Nevertheless, we can wonder OR IS MASTER KEY CARBON, indeed, the sum of carbon dioxides (CO+CO2) should be included/understood enters 14 and 16% (according to the equations of combustion). In Pantone, this sum is lower than 6%. Not noting, a priori, solid carbon in the engine we thus do not know currently where the carbone"perdu passes".

Improvements and action to be taken: A more thorough study (chemistry) of the gases (GEET and exhaust) will be able to answer the interrogation on carbon. And it will as have to be checked as the exhaust fumes in particular do not contain others polluants(Nox) 3) Observations on the stems of the engine After a few operating hours, we observed remarkable results on the various stems which we used in the engine. They allow a pre-characteristic of the reaction in the engine.

Observation of a hot point on the side admission of the tige.Il is REMARKABLE that a cold point follows this hot point which represents a local heating characteristic of the reaction.

Observation of the appearance of a spiral on one of our stems after more than 15 H of operation. Some think that it acts of trace of machining arising after a prolonged heating, that would be to confirm by more thorough experiments. Interpretations: Here 2 elements of pre-characterization of the reaction:la heat and the spiral (announced by Pantone). More advanced breadboard constructions will make it possible to confirm (or to cancel) these observations Improvements and action to be taken: Realization of experimental engines of characterization: - temperatures inside the engine by a stem digs for example where a thermocouple comes to

slip - spiral by the realization of a transparent engine and observation by a camera high frequency (speed of gases estimated theoretically at 1000 m/s (!) in the spiral of the engine) 4) gas Analyses We analyzed the content H2 and O2 of Gas GEET at exit of engine. But we did not note a significant hydrogen content. A priori it is thus not hydrogen but our measuring protocols and apparatus are to be made reliable. But if that is not hydrogen, gas GEET is without any doubt a strongly hydrogenated gas (ether odor of gas GEET) which has similar energy qualities with hydrogen. Moreover one rapid energy calculation on consumption of the water and fuel tractors shows that it acts of a compound different from hydrogen but all the same that does not exclude the presence from a pure hydrogen portion. See the page "summary Calculations on the consumption of the modified tractors" (Achievements in France... n22). Nevertheless, we could carry out comparative gas chromatography between gas in entry of the engine and gas GEET. The results are promising:

Gas chromatography (analyzes of a gas mixture by difference in volatility between its various compounds) of gas in Entry of engine (B) and of gas GEET (C). Interpretations: Gas GEET is much simpler and much more volatile than the vapors (of water and gasoline) in entry of engine. There is thus indeed conversion of the vapors in the engine into a gas which it remains to qualify. Conclusion and prospects


I do not need more to prove to you that the process is promising, the figures speak about them same and this, on a basic assembly, not optimized. Nevertheless complementary research, work and studies will be absolutely necessary to continue the development of the GEET. This work will go in 2 directions: the comprehension of the reaction and the adaptation of the GEET on existing systems . These 2axes of research does not require the same means but the total comprehension of the phenomenon will still make it possible to improve its effectiveness at the time of the adaptation of it. Effectiveness which, carried out in an optimized manner, risk to be remarkable. I thus call some at the people, institutions and organizations qualified, potentially interested by the process even if an industrialization is not imminent and that a licence will have to be negotiated with the inventor Paul Pantone, to make the decisions who seem to them right... and to contact me if necessary. Moreover, this page constitutes only one very small part of the results and remarks that I could realize on the GEET, my report/ratio answers good of other questions and raises others as well of them.
