Rehoming activities of GSM BSCs and RF CRF implementation. Making Root Cause Analysis and Technical report for the Customer according the problem handled. Responsible for Daily checking and removal of all critical, major & minor alarms of Network entities (BSC, BTS, TRC). Handling fault & performance management of Huawei BSC, BTS and M2000 server.

Profile: Leading CDMA /GSM service provider (Voice & Data) of Nation Designation: RF Engineer Evaluating the effectiveness of the CDMA & GSM networks by doing regular Drive Tests to identify poor coverage and quality areas. Determination of appropriate RF parameters such as Antenna type and heights, power budget, up link down link path balance, effective radiated power, antenna tilt. Extensive experience on analyzing performance statistics and making site and parameter changes for optimal performance, preparing site databases and implementing optimization tasks for maintaining KPIs. Analyzing RF Drive Test generated through log files and verifying & testing of hardware upgrades and new elements added to the network & keep track of all the up gradation activities.
