Develop both short term and long-term plan Present a 2-3 page presentation and a short executive summary. Suggested Steps Select a company of your interest. Collect the basic company details (Finance, management team, Vision, mission, History, Values, etc) List the market segment details Review of current product offering Discuss about the current technology Plan and if possible propose future technology needs Complete the road map by integrating above inputs Present your results for evaluation. Due from 8th session onwards
