1. Name of the Project College management system This project is aimed to develop a College management system that is a collection of performance and reports for the effective management of Students and keep the records of faculty, labs, and library online. A. Students(Read only access) B. Faculty (Can add/update data) C. Administrators (Admin officials)

i. Student can register himself for online exam and simultaneously proceed for online counseling. ii. Keeping the record of student performance and various activities during course and after passing out. iii. Students of college can access labs and library online. iv. Faculty record also maintained. Functional v. Faculty can add or update datas related to Requirements students. (At least Eight) vi. Library management system also included which helps in managing library records. vii. Accountant and Registrar rather than managing fees and forms they will also look after student account and announce date of exams and counseling. viii.All these work monitored by the administrator and carried out under his/her supervision. i. The system can access by every students/faculties/employees of the institution through internet connected computers or internet enabled mobile devices with the aid of his user name and password. Through links that displays in the home page the user can access different options of the website assigned to him. The system is developed using JAVA and DB2.
