This " Spcification Technique Normative (STN)" [Standard Technical Specification] is a document compiled according to the principles of "Ingnierie des Systmes Automobiles" (ISA)" [Automotive Engineering Systems], which computes, for the system used for the product development tree structure, all the generic requirements, to obtain consistency between all interested parties. The STN enables the Project team to compile the corresponding Technical Specification (ST) by adapting the contents of the STN to the perimeter of the project. Feedback from projects together with innovations and external requirements are elements which are used to develop the STN. 2.2.GENERALDESCRIPTION OF THE SYSTEM

The slide of door ensures the sealing between the mobile pane and the door. It takes part at the sight of the side face of the vehicle. It takes part in the operation of pane. The slide is fitted on a sheet edge on the door or is embedded within the framework of the door. It consists of a grip with or without reinforcement and several lips of sealing which are covered. It can be made up of only one bit formatted or several bits assembled by welding or mould. A hub cap can be paid on the grip. The specifications materials and processes appearing in this STN are established on the basis of following assumption materials: Grip and lips: rubber or thermoplastic elastomer, Grip without or with reinforcement (metal or plastic), Coating on the lips: flock, varnished, film Co-extruded section, Hub cap: metal, plastic, film decoration Co-extruded section.

Documents to be informed by the supplier: The document lists materials must absolutely be indicated as of the return of consultation and updated during the development of the product. This document is followed under development by DTI/DITV/PMXP. A number DOCINFO is specified after agreement of the two parties. Any amendment involves an index of development and a date of associated update. This document is associated with the PIV Matriaux of the body concerned with its index.

Traceability materials/PMXP_ECH08_0245
The matter(s) composing the external bootlicker must be in conformity with those approved. They can be the subject of specific specifications (FTM, SPA,). The Data sheet Matter (FTM) officializes the technical properties for which the raw material was validated. It constitutes, with respect to PSA PEUGEOT CITRON, the reference frame of features and properties stated on the matter considered. The FTM is a support of the needs for information in data materials for the various services of PSA. It also constitutes a support of expert testimony for the laboratories quality machines The Specification of Approved Product (SPA) officializes the technical properties materials evaluated on part. It formalizes the whole of the characteristics produced/processes given by the supplier of the part. This document engages the supplier on the quality of the parts produced and sold with PSA PEUGEOT CITRON.
