 Elementary and Secondary Studies Completed at National Orthodox School , located in
Shmeisani Amman during the years 1985-1997 , Secondary Certificate Education taken by
Jordan Seconday Examinations : " Tawjihi" with a Grade of 82.8 out of 100
Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering from the Jordan University of Science and
Technology Located in Irbid Jordan, a Governmental university the best in Science and
technology and well known in the region for it's strict regime .

Trained at an Italian firm "Arexons" for a period of 2 months which is a car care company
located in Milan , it has over 150 products specialized for car caring and maintenance , the
training included

1. Production line , I was introduced to all the products of the company , the engineer in charge
has explained to me all details and stages of production process

2. For a period of two weeks I participated in all quality control procedures, I learned all modern
techniques and test which are used for the purpose of quality assurance in the QC AND QA
department.

3. I had trained for a period of two weeks in research and development labs in which I
participated in tests for developing new products such as octane enhancer, also in studying
competitive products to break them down into their components and try to make similar ones
.

4. then I was introduced to the logistics department where I had the opportunity to know the
different packing methods used , material acquisition procedures , material transportation
and regulations of EU and UN applied .

Position : Production Engineer (Structural).

Job Description:

• Supervising of Fabrication team & allocating manhour.

• Controling material issuance &Treacability and returning balance material to WH.
• analyzing AFC (Approved For Construction) drawing, MTO’s(Material Taking Off), cut list,
nestting diagram Shop drawing prior to Fab.
• Co-ordinating W/ PMT,Planning & ENGG. and raising PCR’s(Production Change Order)
for the additional work requested by client.
• Co-ordinatig W/ Procurment & Warehouse for material delivery & release.
• Co-ordinatig W/QC for WPS (Welding Procedure Summary), ITP’s(Inspection& Test
Plan), Spec’s issuance.
• Fabrication Sequance, Method Statement,WPS & Rigging Studdies review & modify if
required.
• Run regular production meeting w/ production team to achive the client Requirment,
project spec, productivity and project schedule.
• Preparing the daily/ weekly progress report & daily/weekly production status report and
two weeks look ahead plan .
• Suggessting and implementing idea’s that promotes the quality of production and raises
the progress for the sake of meeting the required goal.
• Preparing the close out report for the completed projects.
• Preparing as bulit Drawging’s and submission to QC
• Estimating and ordering the materials needed for difrient projects (piping+structural).
• Assisting proposal dept. for estimating the budget man-hours.
• Site surveillance for quality and sort out shop daily problems.
• Preparing the hydrotest procedures and ordering hydro test packages.
• Preparing the load out notification and packing list for the completed projects.
• Reveiwing the thickness measurment report prepared by QC for the repairing works and
identify/marking the corroded area for which to be renewd.
