- Semi-annual NEO Field Training Exercise Spring & Fall - Non Combatants Operations sites established / operated - Relocation and evacuation - Department of Defense -affiliated noncombatants must participate - Trains both Non Combatants and Non Combatants Operations personnel - 30-45 minutes to participate (or even less!)
