Demonstration team members will learn skills not typically covered in regular class, such as board breaking and take-down techniques. The main requirement is that volunteers show up regularly to scheduled practices and perform at schedule demonstrations. Practice schedule can be found on the Minakami Karate Events Calendar. Dont have an Events Calendar? Ask Angela.
Our next demonstration performance will be at the Minakami Karate Year End Party on Saturday, December 15, 2012.

Minakami Karate was founded in 1985 by Sensei Akio Minakami. Our goal is to teach traditional
Japanese Karate to dedicated students who will learn and enjoy the techniques and attitudes of the true martial artist. Our motto is Live Now, which means be present 100% in your actions and give all youve got. Wake up! Your next breath could be your last. Minakami Karate
