The benefits of being Cool The natural active ingredients within label.m products are obtained through a process called Cold Water Extraction. The cold steam produced for this method preserves the maximum benefits of the extract because the source ingredient is not subjected to extreme heat. The water used in this process is from a natural spring at Florida Springs which is 87F (30.5C) all year round.

The Tri-Molecular Infusion (TMI)

(except Deep Cleansing Shampoo, Leave-In Conditioner, Intensive Mask, Peppermint Treatment, Organics) To understand the importance of TMI you must understand the hair structure A hair strand is actually made up of three different layers (below figure) : The outermost layer is the Cuticle, a scaly layer consisting of 6 to 11 layers of semi-transparent scales which give hair its waterproof quality and elasticity. Just below the Cuticle is the Cortex which is responsible for hairs flexibility and tensile strength. It is in the Cortex where melanin can be found (responsible for hairs colour). The innermost layer is the Medulla, a honeycomb-like structure made up of hair protein cells known as keratin with air spaces within it.
