Ribhu Kumar Dear Sir, Subject - Regarding events to be organised in the National B-Fest. With due respect, we would like to present our Proposal for consideration. We have thought of some events relating to management arena for our National B-Fest. The events are focused to bring out the creativity and enhance the intellect of the participants. The events are designed keeping in view the quality of students participating in the B-Fest. We hope these events meet up with the standards of a national event. The details of the event are as follows: Date- 20th October 2011 About Events 1. B- Plan for rural marketing - The B-Plan Contest is an event which presents before you an opportunity to be original and innovative. This event will provide an opportunity for promising entrepreneurs to unveil their ideas to the business world. There will be three stages: Stage-I (prelims round) - The Executive summaries submitted in the PDF format will be evaluated on the basis of concept, business overview, and strategy of execution, market opportunity, organization structure and financials. Stage-II (B plan submission) the selected teams are required to submit the detailed B-plans which will be evaluated by the real life entrepreneurs. Stage-III (Final Round) Each finalized team will have to present their Bplan at Chandragupt Institute of Management Patna to the panel of eminent jury members on 20th October, 2011 . 2. Advertising for Rural Market Vigyapan the ad fest. Advertising has become an indispensable function in modern business due to cut-throat competition and mass production. Stage1 - Print advertisements are invited. Stage 2 - Shortlisted Teams will be invited to our college with a video advertisement of maximum 2 minutes duration of the product assigned by us.

3. Case Study Competition - Madoch solution (tbd) This case study event will check your ability of how efficiently and practically you comprehend and analyze any given Situation. The comprehension is categorized as: a) Root Problem b) Analysis & c) Solution of the problem. 4. B-QUIZ PROPOSAL A business quiz event will let you know your familiarity with the current business affairs. This event includes quizzes based on logo identification, personality identification etc. which will make the whole event a brain racking exercise. It will also provide you an opportunity to enrich your knowledge bank.
