BOOKING PROCESS
1 .- Request for the facility if it is available over the phones or e-mail attached and ask for reservation. 2 .- The reservation will be confirmed only with the payment at the same Sports offices by credit/debit card or paying the fee into the account of 'La Caja de Canarias: 2052 8069 15 3500001702 Otherwise the reservation will be lost if it is requested by another user. 3 .- With the proof of payment or transfer, request at the Sports offices the written authorization which must indicate the facility, date and hour together with a booklet with the rules of the facility and rental. 4 .- Deliver the authorization to the worker of the facility reserved to make use of it.

GENERAL RULES
The rent of the sport centers and facilities may be made depending on the availability and use which the Sports Department makes for their own activities. Paddle Courts reservations must be made in the previous seven days before its use. The facility reservation will be confirmed only with payment and in all cases payment must always be made before its use. Once you have made the payment, It will be given to the user a written authorization, indicating the facility, day and time of the reserve, which must be submitted to the respective facility manager to make use of it, along with a booklet with the rules. The Department may change the reservation, when the needs require it or for one of the following reasons: - There are damages in facilities. - If the physical integrity of participants is in danger - Environmental conditions and facilities are adverse. - For reasons of maintenance. - For other valid reason. Cancellations are not allowed. Changes in the reservation can be permitted only if they are made a week before the intended use. In case of rain or other climatic impact, the reservation can be changed, whenever the user requests it previously (in person or by telephone) and according to availability.

TERMS OF USE
Users who rent the courts must meet the rules of use of each facility. It must be used proper sportswear to the modality you are going to perform as well as the use of appropriate footwear, according to the ground. The Department reserves the right not to rent any facility to a user, club or company and take the appropriate measures in case of: - Actions against the respect and peaceful coexistence (robberies, assaults, etc.)... - Inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour with sport staff or with other users. - Causing damage to the facilities for the misuse, dangerous or destructive use of furniture or sport equipment. - Dont observe the specific rules for the facility. - Any action which disrupts the smooth running of planned activities. With the access to the sports facilities, it is assumed you agree with the rules contained in this document, as well as those of each facility.

FACILITIES FOR RENT

MASPALOMAS STADIUM Activities room, natural grass football pitch. From8 to 14 h. and 16 to 20 h., Monday to Friday, Saturdays from 9 to 13 h. NOTE: Rental football pitch is reserved only for top-level sport teams.

LAS BURRAS, NATURAL GRASS FOOTBALL PITCH.

From 8:30 to 18 h. Monday to Friday.

SAN FERNANDO SPORT HALL.

Activities rooms, 5 outdoor sport courts, 1 indoor sport court, 1 climbing wall. From 8 to 23 h. Monday to Friday.

EL TABLERO SPORT HALL.

Activities rooms, 1 indoor sport court, 2 squash courts. From 8 to 23 h. Monday to Friday.

MASPALOMAS SPORT CITY .

3 turf grass football 7 pitches and 1 of football 11. From 8 to 23 h. Monday to Friday.

PADDLE- TENNIS COURTS SPORT CITY .

1 sports court, 2 tennis courts, 5 paddle courts. From 8:30 to 14:30 and from 16 to 23 h., from Monday to Saturday. Sundays, from 8:30 to 14:30. OPEN-AIR SWIMMING POOL ERNESTO HERNNDEZ SAN FERNANDO. From 8 to 22 h. Monday to Friday.
