JOB PROFILE:Perfection in Handling and maintenance of Automated Clinical Instrument, running control and calibration on instruments like Synchron Clinical System Cx-5 Delta & Cx-4, Imola Clinical Analyzer, Compact II AVL Blood Gas Analyzer, AVL electrolyte, Radiometer, Cobas Blood Gas Analyzer, RA-50 (Bio-Chemistry Analyzer) Elecsys 2010, Hitachi 705 (Fully Automatic, Bio-Chemistry, Analyzer). AVL 988 (Electrolyte Analyzer)

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY: Responsible for Overall Quality in Laboratory operation. Responsible for development and implementation of Quality Process. To prepare and maintain document related to accreditation. Preparation, revision and implementation of SOP/Protocols, quality manual. Safety manual and all other regulatory related documentation activities. Responsible for planning, organizing and defining priorities. Preparation of manpower roasted in accordance with the requirement of the section. Making decision in assessing calibration, control and acceptability of analytical runs. Rising of all Purchase requisition, material requisition in the section. Preparation of Monthly Consumption & work I progress reports. Monthly analysis of QC Data, plan corrective actions & preventive actions for outliers. Maintaining & updating Cost/Test, WIP, and Statistics. Monthly analysis of QC data, plan corrective actions & preventive actions for outlier.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY: To maintain overall quality in laboratory operation. Ensure complication with existing procedures, protocols and applicable regulatory requirements. Reviewing QC data, QC failure logs, Calibrations data and other logs. Supervise and coordinate activities of Medical Technologists. Maintaining records and updating new procedures as per Regulatory requirement. Reviewing calibration/maintenance schedule for instrument and troubleshooting. Implementation of new tests, instruments and procedures as required for Projects. Management of computer database and documents related to testing and Laboratory activities. Preparation revision and implementation of SOP/Protocols, quality manual safety manual and all other regulatory related documentation activities. Reagent selection and Develop Method validation Protocol. Preparing for External and Internal Audit. (Sponsor and Regulatory Authority) Monthly/annual costing and monthly review of reagent/consumables consumption. Scheduling day to day task and duties. Guidance and Technical SUPPORT TO NEW RECRUITS Technician/Students. Contribute to an atmosphere of teamwork in the laboratory.
