2. Download
DynoPlex provides two different ways of loading its applications on the handheld to make this
process more convenient and reliable. You can use any of the methods described below. Please
follow the installation procedure carefully and pay attention to the notes at the end of each section.
This will help you to set up and configure the software correctly and avoid installation issues.
OTA (Over-the-Air) installation allows you to install Dynoplex applications directly on your
BlackBerry®. This is the most quick and convenient way to load the software. If something doesn’t
go as it is described please go to section 2.4 “Troubleshooting”.
2. Go to www.dynoplex.com
Note 1: If you wish to have the ability to transfer files from your desktop to the device over-the-
air installation requires some additional steps to be performed – you should also download and
install eFile on your desktop.
Note 2: If you install eSpell or any bundle which includes this application the dictionaries will be
loaded afterwards, when you initially run the application.
4
MasterDoc User Reference Guide
Desktop Installation is another way to install native BlackBerry software and 3rd party applications.
Though it takes more time than OTA one it automatically loads all necessary files and modules. For
instance it loads eSpell dictionaries alongside with the installation of applications. If something
doesn’t go as it is described please go to section 2.4 “Troubleshooting”.
Before loading Dynoplex applications please check whether handheld software and BlackBerry
Desktop Manager have the same versions. You can check handheld software version under
Options->Status on your device. To check BlackBerry Desktop Manager version please launch it
and press Help->About.
Use the instructions below to load software and install it on the handheld:
1. Go to http://www.dynoplex.com
