Freight Improvements Project (Full lifecycle) The project was aiming of adding customer enhancements and supporting the customer freight application which includes both cockpit and reporting functionalities. The role required excellent integration knowledge with the logistics modules (MM, SD) ,as well as understanding of the specific business processes from creation of buy/sell freight contracts through voyage creation and settlements

postings to final closing of the ship voyages. 1SAP Release 1 Cutover Team (Cutover) 1SAP is the biggest IT initiative of BHP Billiton aiming to standardize and align processes around all BHP operations. The role included cutover management and data preparation for the go-live of the BHP Marketing operations worldwide. It required understanding of the financial aspects of the cutover to the new system. 1SAP Release 1D Team (Full lifecycle) This 1SAP Release aims at new developments and enhancements in the product risk and credit risk management functionalities. The role required full life cycle involvement from design to support. 2008/01 - 2008/08 Nestle - Sofia, BG SAP Rollout Consultant for the GLOBE roll-out GLOBE (stands for Global Business Excellence) is one of the biggest SAP projects ever. The project aims at harmonizing business practices, implementing strict data standards and efficient data management, and setting common ISIT infrastructure based on SAP. DB was Involved, from the realization phase, in detail planning and managing all Cut-Over activities, including both SAP and business aspects, migration, as well as Cut-Over tests and financial reconciliation/validation.

Dobromir was involved in advising Vestas SAP competence centre consultants with Fit-Gap analysis, blueprint and FICO configuration for all FICO functionalities in the roll-out to the local subsidiary.

The project aims to incorporate in one system all thirty Metro C&C retail operations and ensure single Chart of Account, Standardized IFRS treatment in all operations, and internal controls satisfying Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. SAP FI-AA and FI-IM modules Rel. 6.0 SAP Senior consultant 2006/08 - 2007/02 Immorent AG - Sofia, BG Involved through all stages of a complete life-cycle project for the leasing company Immorent AG roll-out in Sofia. All relevant tasks in the SAP Financials area were covered during project initialization, blueprinting, realization, preparation for go-live, go-live and support. Covered all work for determining of the fit-gaps with the standard system, functional specifications for interfaces to the leasing program and requested enhancements. The project aimed at complete roll out of all operations of Immorent AG in single ECC5.0 system (New GL project). All activities, with exception of SAP BASIS (system maintenance), for the roll-outs were outsourced to external consultants and Dobromir was the team lead throughout the whole project. 2005/04 - 2006/07 TekaSystems EAD - Varna, BG Kirov Bosch Implementation Project (Industrial and Heavy Equipment Retailer/Wholesaler) (Full lifecycle) For this project DB was Project Manager and lead SAP FI/CO consultant. All phases of the project were covered from initialization to post-go-live support. He handled all client management aspects as well as the functional and technical aspects of FI/CO/IM/PS consulting, including all integration aspects with MM, SD and CS. He was also involved in preparation of functional specifications of all enhancements including complex POS retail solution developed by TekaSystems. Piccadilly Retail Chain (From blueprint to end of realization) Subcontracted by VBS, he was involved in complete full-life cycle IS Retail project as CO consultant. The functionality covered was in the area of General Overhead Controlling, Profit Centre Accounting, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis. BT Holding (Tobacco Products Producer) (Full lifecycle) Involved in the realization phase of the project in the area of Financials. Covered GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting functionalities.

He was coordinating all activities in this area, including writing specifications for complex corporate requirements not covered by standard SAP. Dobromir covered all functional and technical aspects from fit-gap analysis to post-go-life support in the area of FI-AA, FI-IM and parts of FI-AP, including migration of legacy data. Baltic Republics Roll-out (Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia) (Full lifecycle) Team lead of the financial team, Dobromir was involved in all aspects of complete full-cycle roll-out. All tasks were covered including fit-gap analysis of the local requirements, realization, go-live and support.
