Testing :
• < 5 % Defects observed in reviews from the test reports
generated by the person and observations by the Supervisor for
testing projects
• 100% bug reproduction at customer’s place in testing projects
• 100% test cases coverage[(No of test cases executed/ No. of test
cases Planned) X 100]
• Automation of test cases ( As per project requirements)
Development/Conversion/Maintenance projects (if any)
• Field Error Rate : < 0.15 errors/kloc or < 0.2 errors/fp for
Development Project
• < 0.3 errors/kloc for Conversion Project

Phase Containment Index : > 90%

Not-On-Time Index : = 2%
• Ensure that objectives are set within stipulated time of joining or
1 month of last appraisal discussion
• Ensure quarterly reviews of objectives are done by the
supervisor within one month after the quarter.
• Zero communication gap between onsite and offshore teams.
Communication should be prompt & clear with all
team members. Escalation of unresolved clarifications to
Supervisor and above.
• Improvement in cooperation levels of approaching others for
any help or supporting others in their activities ("Instances
observed")
• Send weekly status report to PM/PL every Friday
