That our college is affiliated with Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar & is approved by NCTE and is notified by Punjab Govt. That we hereby give our consent for admission criteria and counseling schedule prepared by the Admission Committee of the Federation for the session 2011-12. That we shall bound ourselves to appoint additional staff based on the number of students admitted in subject combinations as per norms of the affiliating university/ NCTE. That we shall bound ourselves to maintain proper record, deposit application forms and other relevant information in specific format to the association within stipulated time as demanded by the association, if fails to do so, we shall be held responsible for the same. That we shall be held responsible for any discrepancy found in checking of eligibility criteria as well as %age (incl. Rural area benefit, if any) of qualifying exam of student. That we shall be bound to admit the students allotted by the association or by the external agency on behalf of association during the course of counseling/ allotment. Respected Chairman/Principal, A meeting was held of the Federation under the chairmanship of Sh. S.P. Bansal at Moga on dt. 3.7.2011. The matter of B.ed. admission 2011-12 was discussed and unanimously it has been passed that the Federation will conduct the centralised online counselling for admission for the session 2011-12 subject to the outcomes of outcome of L.P.A. number 1267 of 2010 regarding CWP 1091 of 2009 and CM No. 7601-7602 of 2011 which is due on 14th July, 2011. In the meeting it has been passed that all the member colleges will fill the mandatory proforma issued by the Punjab Govt. vide notification number 14/18/2011-3Edu.1/2100 dt. 9.6.2011 and get it signed from the Dean, Colleges of their concerned university. No member college will deposit this filled mandatory proforma, directly to Punjab University, Chandigarh but they will deposit this proforma to the Federation at the following university wise collection centres by 12.00 to 3.00 p.m. on 7th July, 2011, because the date has been extended by the Punjab University, Chandigarh upto 8th July, 2011. After collecting all the mandatory forms the federation will deposit the same to the Punjab University, Chandigarh with the cover letter containing matter that these colleges are with the Federation and will do their admissions by their own through a centralised counselling subject to the condition of above said High Court decision. If the decision will be in the favour of Federation, then all member colleges will do their admissions through online counselling by the Federation. If the decision will be in favour of Punjab Govt. then the Federation will take a decision after a meeting regarding the said matter. Cover letter by the college addressed to the Federation. 2. Attested Photo copy of mandatory form signed by the Dean of concerned university attached with all necessary documents. 3.
