The fourth annual MSPmentor 100 survey ran 7 October 2010 through to 17 December 2010. Participation was free. Instead of ranking MSPs merely by total revenue, a decision was made to calculate an index measurement using such metrics as overall managed services revenue, overall managed services revenue growth, percentage managed services revenue growth, managed services revenue per employee, number of devices managed, and other data points comparing fiscal 2010 to fiscal 2009. This index approach ensures small, midsize and large MSPs from around the world are recognised on the MSPmentor 100. Garth Hayward, Regional Manager for Kaseya Africa, says: It is extremely gratifying to see that all of the African MSPs that made it onto the top 100 are using Kaseya's solutions. This is what we, as a company, are all about. We work tirelessly to ensure our IT service automation platform helps our Kaseya 'community' grow so incredibly well and quickly. In the category of Africa, all 10 are Kaseya users and we strongly believe in partnering with them to ensure they go from strength to strength. Next year it would be great to see the top 10 overall being African companies. Hayward adds with a smile: Or even all 100. Of the top 100 MSPs recognised internationally by MSPMentor, 55 use Kaseya and two are African companies.
