Presently posted in Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, Mumbai at the Integrated Effluent Treatment Plant site. Working with the team responsible for operation and maintenance of IETP with designed capacity of 300 m3/hr of refinery effluent. Monitoring the process parameters, chemical dosing & cleaning ( maintenance & recovery) of membrane modules in Ultra filtration and RO Plant to meet the desired plant performance. Informing the HPCL personnel regarding plant operation status, maintenance, chemical consumption, production of treated water and slop oil generation. Coordinating with mechanical, civil, electrical & instrumentation department. Responsible for providing technical support to Supervisors and Field Operators for task completion and ensuring proper safety in the plant.

Checking sufficient inventory of chemicals, spare parts of machines and equipments for the smooth operation of plant. Analysing plant performance on regular basis to check out scope for further improvement.
