Introduction This research based on Oaks Hotel there is a situation in the company. At the moment they are growing up and they understand all the success depend on the employees performance.

4.1 Analyze the structure of oaks hotels and the impact on the management of HR. Every organization has different structure. The way organization organized that depend on which structure they follow. Most of the organization has marketing, customer service and Human resource department. They all of are responsible for their own work. According to Mintzberg (1997) Structure is the sum total of the ways in which it (organisation) divides labour into distinct task and to achieve coordination between them. Oaks Hotels has two types of structure in their organizations. They have Bureaucratic and Entrepreneurial structures. In Bureaucratic structure says Oaks Hotels is a group of organization so management board tightly control the organization. Importance in this structure they need to report their top manger what they did and why. There are some rules and procedures for every employee, which place by Individual Hotels management. Under bureaucratic they decentralized structures. According to Drucker (1974) decentralized structure defines as A company should have several branches that are operating simultaneously and each unit has its own management which, in effect, runs its own autonomous business. Oaks Hotel group has 20 hotels in the UK entire all branches have their own individual recruitment and selection process. They can take any decision quickly for any situation for gaining and losing customers in hotel business. In Entrepreneurial structure is how efficiently the business assets are being used in generating profit. Oaks Hotels trying to achieve its purpose and mission with the greatest profit possible efficiency and at the least cost of any resources. Oaks Hotel makes their decision quickly by follow this structure. There is an impact in the human management department because polices, procedures, and performance all the things depend on HRM. Oaks Hotel has recruitment and selection procedures, rectification and performance management system, also they has major employee involvement and training programs, which directly control by human resource management. For improve knowledge, skill, motivation and abilities of Oaks Hotel current and future employees they need proper involvement and they also need to improve retention quality of employees through HRM.

4.2 Analyses the impact of an organizational culture on the management of human resources

Culture is the most important factor for an organization like Oaks Hotel because their success and failure depend on culture. Oaks hotels trying to aligned all the beliefs, customs, traditions and practice together. Oaks Hotels have culture to provide excellent customer service values with any cost. According to Buchanan and Huczynski (2004) Culture collection of relatively uniform and enduring values, beliefs, customs, traditions and practices that are shared by an organisations members, learned by new recruits and transmitted from one generation of employees to the next. At the moment they have task-oriented culture. Oaks Hotel needs to adapt person and role culture. Person culture allows each person to be a focus point depending on the situation. (Thompson and Martin, 2005). Role cultures are control different types of procedures and roles by authority. The importance of Oaks Hotel culture is extensive. For get their goals and overcome all the barriers and improve the performance they need a good culture of work environment. In Oaks hotel they have positive culture effect because they are committed to provide standard customer service. Culture will help Oaks Hotels to get best performance from employees. Oaks Hotel Trying to align their organizational performance with individual energy. They are also want to improve their motivation through recognition and reward system. They have advance involvement in all the agreement, which reduce any type of conflict.

4.3 Examine how the effectiveness of human resources management is monitored in an organization There is no accurate performance management system operating at the moment Oaks Hotels. They need effective and efficient performance management system, which will them to work with structure, culture and objective for Oaks Hotel perspective. According to Philbeam and Corbridge (2002) successful performance management should have following these activities to monitor the performance. Oaks Hotel human resource management need to adapt these activities to monitor the performance for whole organization. These activities are:

Organizational Goal Oaks Hotel should have a proper goal, which will help them to work towards their goal. Objective Setting For achieve the goal Oaks Hotel will set objective for certain periods. Then they will easily understand how much they achieve. Learning and Development Plan Learning and development plan necessary for every organization like Oaks Hotel because it helps to make the employees more skilled and knowledgeable. They can know which employees need development. Performance Appraisal It is help to reviews employees work regarding the situation how they are doing. Human resource can easily monitor where is the strength and weakness. How they will overcome. Regular Feedback Regular feedback helps to improve employees performance. Customer Feedback Customer feedback is very essential for every organization because base on feedback Oaks Hotel will improve their service level. Reward Allocation Reward or recognition is necessary for motivate staff for get the organizations goal. Effective performance will help Oaks hotel to maintain their strategy, policy, procedures and operations. Maintain those thing they can easily get their goal and objective which shows in their motto. Finally Oaks Hotel HRM needs to consider Employees efficiency, provide benefits, and motivate employees through reward to monitor effective performance in the organization.

4.4 Identify and Justify Five performance indicators Depending on the structure and culture Oaks Hotel need to investigate their strength, weakness, opportunity, and threats, which called SWOT analysis. From SWOT Hotels Group can easily find out what they need to improve and what type of opportunity and threats they have for future. Performance indicators are usually used for evaluate the success or the success of certain activity and it is also helpful for set the goals. Performance indicators investigate how they work in past, how they doing now and what need to do in future. It is also helpful for improve the performance as well. Oaks hotel need to carry out five performance indicators these are:

Market Measures Market measurement is the plan where they can predict about service level and what they need to improve regarding other competitors. Oaks hotels need to adapt this measurement for get the hotel business market. Meeting Measures From here Oaks Hotels will ensure they are getting their expectation levels like Customer satisfaction, customer feedback, level of employees skills and development etc. Managing Budget Oaks Hotels should ensure about the monthly and yearly budgeting. Stake Holders Requirement Oaks Hotels try to achieve the expectation of all internal and external Stakeholders. Market Competitors Oaks Hotels need to know which other hotels are their competitors and which type of threats they expect from them. Their market strategy will successful against them like standards, price, service quality etc.

Conclusion Oaks Hotel group needs to adapt some police and procedures to be a world-class hotel. They have opportunity to provide excellent customer service with making profit for hotel group.
