3.) CNC controller : G-Code (from 3 D Part Designer) + Stock (Metal-Melt) = Parts (finished) 2 CNC controller are responding for each 12 hrs 4.) Metal-melt : create the Mold following CAD design and melting the Stocks This section has to melting 3 Stocks in every 3 days. The other 2 days is to create parts mold. This section has 8 co-worker is programming to help metal melting section for Stock and work-time usually arranging in day-time. 5.) Laboratory testing Chief : This section has to prepare to test nearly every day. This section also has to joint with 8 co-worker, usually in day time, helping laboratory testing 6.) Co-worker : To help both metal melting and Laboratory testing, depend on works schedule. 7.) Purchasing & Accountant : Need only one person to do both duties. 8.) Support Service : (Cook = 1, Cook helper & Roommate = 2) Two workers could do both Cook helper and Roommate 9.) Security guard & Store Keeper Two workers could do both Security guard & Store Keeper

Work Schedule Planning for achieve project in 18 months 1. Works are run all 24 hrs and whole 28 days Group1: work 06.00 18.00 AM and Group2: 06.00 18.00 PM. Work-time = 8 hrs and Over-time 4 hrs = 12 hrs per day 2. Working period are 28 days, then take a long weekend 7 days During working period are 28 days, all workers may select 1 holiday/ week but all have to stay in the camp for tag team in some situation 3.
