Platoon commander Leftnant Subra

Leftnant Subra has successfully played his role as being a commander even he though he is new to the company. He is always ever ready to learn new things so that he can be a better platoon commander to us. He is also trying his very best to adapt to our company. He has also taken some time to learn more about his recruits personally. He has also shown concern and care towards the recruits physical and mental well-being. He is also been a very understanding Platoon Commander. All of the recruits have respected him for his positive attitude. Overall, it was nice to have Leftnant Subra to be our Platoon Commander as he has always put in his 100% commitment to teach us to be a better soldier.

Sergeant Alvin
Sergeant Alvin is always trying to push his recruits to perform their very best in every activities his in-charge of. Sergeant Alvin has always been good at disciplining the recruits. He is always there to motivate his recruits so that none of his recruits will give up. He has always showed an interest in knowing his recruits better. He has been always dedicating his 100% commitment to train his recruits. He has always tried his best to perform to his as a sergeant. Overall he has done a commendable job in training his recruits.

Sergeant Razmi
Sergeant Razmi has played an important role in training the recruits to be a better soldier. At times, he has put in some effort to know his recruits better and communicate with them. However, he can be too tough and harsh toward his recruits. He should have understood his recruits capabilities better. Overall, Sergant Razmi should change on the way he discipline and communicate with his recruits so that this will prevent any misunderstanding will occur.

Sergeant Daniel
Sergeant Daniel is one of the best sergeants. He has always been good at communicating and knowing with all his recruits. He has played an important role in bonding the company together as one. He has always understood his recruits capabilities. He has always shown his care and concern towards his

recruits. He is always there to support and motivate all of his recruits. Sergeant Daniel has always been a role model to his recruits with his positive attitude and his good personality. Overall, I am glad that Sergeant Daniel is my sergeant as he have played a vital role for his recruits to be a better sergeant.
