To encourage the use of adequate daylight to reduce energy consumption and recognize building designs which optimize daylight.
Benchmark:
1. Using optimum natural lighting, so that, the minimum of 30% occupied area reaches at least 300 lux 2 points. 2. One point awarded for having lux censors to automate artificial lighting, once daylight is under 300 lux 2 points.

Tolok Ukur: 1A.

Conclusion What is benefit of green building ? Financial Benefit National Benefit Global Benefit
Optimizing investment, reducing operating cost, improve profit & financial performance Increase building standard, reducing the usage of natural source, conserve the source to extend the availability Reducing CO2 emission, reducing global warming, fighting the climate impact for our next generation
We do not inherit the earth from our ancestor, and we do not buy it from our parents . .. But ..... we borrow it from our children !!!
Thank you . . .
