SC Johnson
SC Johnson, a family company, was founded in 1886 in Racine, Wisconsin as a parquet flooring company. From the beginning they earned their reputation for consumer-driven innovation, quality and excellence. In 1914 on the train to Toronto, where Herbert Johnson, son of the founder, hoped to explore potential Canadian locations, he met the mayor of Brantford, Ontario. Next morning when the train stopped in Brantford, Herbert stopped with it...and SC Johnson has been establishing operations in similar towns around the globe ever since. Today 12,000 people in more than 70 countries are working hard every day to constantly earn their reputation and consumer trust. SC Johnson is dedicated to sustaining and protecting the environment. Their vision is to be a world leader in delivering innovative solutions to meet human needs through sustainability principles. Specific, measurable goals to reduce pollution and waste in their products and processes have been part of more than a decade of continuous progress toward sustainability. From kitchen cleaning to air care, from stain removal to home storage, SC Johnson is dedicated to creating products that make your life easier and keep your home clean and beautiful. Windex, a leading brand in Canada, is a fast and easy cleaning solution versatile enough to use on appliances, kitchen and bathroom surfaces, windows, mirrors, and more.
