POSITION: ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF /ACCOUNT OFFICER Job Duties/ Responsibilities/Accountabilities: 1. Oversee all areas of financial reporting from review of Data entry to budget preparation, including contract administration, and administrative support. 2. Analyzing Bi-weekly Billing settlement plan (BSP) to pin point official, private and etc. 3. Handling and documenting refunds generated from cancelled, upgraded, downgraded and unused tickets. 4. Provide accounting training, coaching and mentoring to staff of nine. Developed and implement programs for new system with a focus on preparing infrastructure for company's growth. 5. Ensure the smooth operation of accounting processes (General Ledger, Account Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Profit and Loss/Balance Sheet closing and Reporting).

6. Follow-up Payment for Mobil Producing Nigeria/Mobil Oil Nigeria personnel official travel tickets on British Airways,
Lufthansa, Airfrance, and Delta Airline etc.

7. Prepare weekly and monthly management reports as follows: a. Generate management reports on invoices as an input for cash forecast for the month. b. Generate management reports on accounts payable & Receivable. c. Generate management reports for reconciliation of accounts with the various Airlines Account officers. 8. Bank Reconciliation & liaising with Account officers in our designated banks to make payments on billing settlement
plan (BSP) to International Association of Travel Agents (IATA).

9. Planning, analyzing, documenting all audits with regards to Exxon Mobil audit standards and guidelines on swiping of
tickets carried out by an external auditor and reporting and reviewing same with Valucard staff and Exxon Mobil Payables/aviations personnel 10. Liaising with various bank officials to meet up with with payments. 11. Maintain a cordial relationship with Customers 12. Maintain the Creditors and Debtors Balance. 13. Ensure coordination, codification/documentation and submitting of invoices on a timely bases to Mobil accounts payable unit in other that timely reimbursement is made. 14. Develop business plans to boost revenue in conjunction with the managing Director and other senior management. 17.
