Purpose
The purpose of this operation is to try reducing the territorial possession of Iran, thus weakening Iran.

Summary

Supposedly, everything is controlled and this serves well the Iranian people. What the CSIS will try to do is have an inuence on these RW, so the regions can be separated from Iran, freed. This explains the title of the operation. Note that the reason why this title have been chose is because it is actually the Real Life motto of Iran. Different scenarios will be planned for this and will be from simple media use to full army deployment. Note that since the informations on these RW have been low, this will attempt to be as precise as possible.

Security Protocols

CSIS is to have no relations with this. This operation will of course be noticed by the Iranian Government, but this is not to be directed against any agency. Canada, Canadian Armed Forces or EDEN are to be blamed of this. The ideal case is to blank the Government of Canada. Some agents will have monitoring to do. These agents are never to reveal their participation in this to anyone. Any agent working on any task related to this mission will deny having been under CSIS orders if asked, and is never to mention the CSIS itself.

The following will cover the operation in details. Preparations

An agent is to be dispatched on analyzing the current functioning of the RW. This agent will need to nd the organization, or the organizations if there are more than one, that communicates ofcially the existence of the RW and the processing for the citizens. That agent is also going to be analyzing one RW to see how it goes. Establishment of an organization of communication in Iran Once that the organization responsible for ofcial communications on the Iranian RW will be found, we are going to create an organization trying to imitate as possible the ofcial one. This organization will have its newspaper, once again imitating as possible the ofcial newspaper.

A couple of agents will be trained in order to efciently cover the development of the ghts. These agents will be responsible of the most active part of the operation: the monitoring of the ghts and the report on changes. Note that this part is facultative and will be explained in details later.

It have been said that Iran is often practicing Resistance Wars (RW from now on), using them as cheap training wars.

Notice of the beginning of a RW

Once the calendar of the RW, if there is, will be known, the monitoring agent will be awaiting the start of a RW to

notice the CSIS as soon as one starts. The agents responsible of the ght monitoring will then start to watch it, in a

determined schedule. The rst will do the rst X hours, then the second X hours, etc. These agents are to warn CSIS if ever the side against the freedom of the region gets too high. Their presence in this operation is facultative, since we know, now, how late can be coordinated attacks. If we use them, the army will be sent platoon per platoon, to quietly control the region. If we do not use them, the army will either be deployed at the last moment to ght, or since the

At best, this mission would be entirely transparent. The use of the unofcial but disguised organization to fool the would be one in the real newspaper and will be as discreet as possible. The newspaper is to try to get citizens on our side on that, but its our rst weapon: we hope that Iran will not notice it. The newspaper must not have an aggressive behaviour. and no player, if not Iranian, is to react to any comments from Iranian. This is to be like we didnt know who was owning this organization.

Retiring of armed troops

this is nancially hard to accomplish, every soldier will get there, ght, then travel back to its country, for the two days of ght. This way, Iran would hardly know what country did that, would hardly know who to accuse. This can help both on the practical side of this, and psychological, as this can be surprising to see a wall getting down super fast without catching someone. To know one country participation, they would need to check the list of ghts for big names to be sure, which would already be harder and longer than just noticing the presence of a big army.

In any case, we need at least one agent to nd more informations about these RW, and most importantly, the organization covering these RW. Other monitoring agents are facultative, depending on the decided technique.
