JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for O&M (Fault finding and rectification) of BTS, BSC system for
CDMA and GSM network and taking action to rectify the same.

Daily Alarm monitoring of Huawei BTS and BSC through M2000 Local
Maintenance Terminal Manager and BSC6000 LMT.

Good working knowledge of GSM,GPRS and UMTS. Checking External Alarms such as BLVD,Low battery,alarms related to
utility,SMPS.

Coordinate with Transmission Team to ensure end-end connectivity of media

using Loop-Break and BER test.

Completed ATPs for GSM & UMTS. Corrective actions as per different performance parameters such as Percentage
RF failure, Blocking rate, Percentage Dropped rate, call setup success rate.

Creating Trouble Tickets (TT),closing TT ,updating MTTR report using Remedy

Software.

Vswr measurement, checking Return loss of RF jumpers, feeders using

Site Master.

 EMF activity project completed successfully for 3g implementation. Doing

joint activity with DT Engineer to solve sector swap

issues,implementing Height, Azimuth, ET and MT etc through RF Survey Report and Clutter specifications. Performing preventive maintenance of Sites to keep sites availability without any hindrance.

Job Responsibilities: Alarm Monitoring, Resolution of faults of (UMTS)3G Reliance RNC network in

Mumbai . Monitoring and analysis of alarms in the network elements and providing support to Field Engineers for the rectification of the concerned issues. Fault handling & clearance through alarm monitoring. Continue follow up with the sub vendors and with my team for effective management of preventive and corrective maintenance of 3G Network in all RNCs of Mumbai Circle. To remove all the active BSS (BSC & BTS) alarms from the OMCR end. Checking E1 status of BSC through loop back test for 2G GSM network. Preparing DSR,DPR reports and doing proper bucketization as per the issues and fault for site outages,co-ordination with Microwave,Transport,Access Data and FA team for resolution of critical faults.

Current Project:Working as Drive test RF engineer for Tata Project. Duration- 3 November to current.
