Xtreme Dance Studios 5th Annual performance of The Nutty Nutcracker
Its the place to be this holiday! The Nutty Nutcracker Performance is Saturday, Dec. 10th doors open at 2pm for festivities and raffle/silent auction and the performance begins at 3:30 p.m. at Lake Mary High School Performing Arts Theatre The Nutty Nutcracker is a fundraiser for the American Childhood Cancer Organization and Kids House of Seminole. All proceeds will benefit these worthwhile causes. Tickets prices for the show are as follows: V.I.P. tickets are $25.00 and General Seating tickets are $10.00 (ages 11 & up) and $7.50 for children (10 & under). Doors will open at 2:00 pm for childrens festivities, pictures with Santa, raffle items and more. Tickets are available at the front desk NOW! PLEASE LET YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY KNOW ABOUT THIS GREAT EVENT!
Nutcracker Baskets: Thank you so much to those of you who have donated items for the baskets. Raffle tickets will be sold to win these amazing baskets.

If you are missing items please check with the front desk. They will check the Lost and Found for you. For sanitary purposes any items containing food will be promptly disposed of. Anything left will be donated at the end of each month

Cover Ups
Please encourage your dancers to wear cover ups to and from classes, (especially older dancers) to maintain modesty.

Attention Parents
For safety reasons it is xtremely important to keep siblings out of unoccupied rooms. There may be unsecured/unstable props being stored there. Please help us keep our viewing area clean by removing all food and drink items when you leave. PLEASE HELP KEEP OUR STUDIO CLEAN Please do not leave siblings and/or friends unattended at the studio at any time. In consideration to other dancers and family members we ask that you keep your dancer home if they are ill. Any student who is running a fever will not be allowed to attend class for at least 48 hours. Please do not tap on the viewing windows. This is distracting to the entire class. Thank you for your cooperation

RECITAL

Tuition Policies

Tuition is due and payable on or before the 1st day of each month Tuition is considered late on the 10th day of each month and an automatic $15.00 late fee will be assessed If tuition is received at the studio on or before the last day of the ensuing month you will receive a $5.00 merchandise credit. (ex. To receive the $5.00 credit for September payment must be received no later than August 31st.) If you are on auto bill, you will receive a $5 cash discount off tuition, which will be charged on the last day of the ensuing month. These discounts are only offered on full price tuition and not given if payment can not be processed. We do not send a monthly bill. A statement will only be sent if your account is past due. If you wish to begin paying through our auto bill option, forms must be received by the 15th of month in order to be processed for the upcoming month.

You may pay your tuition by cash, check or Debit/Credit Card, we accept Mastercard, Visa and Discover. When paying by check please include your childs full name (first and last). If for any reason you cannot make it to the studio, please call in your payment or mail it to Xtreme Dance Studio at: 4932 W SR46, Suite 1048, Sanford, FL 32771 **Please do not leave payments on the desk. Xtreme will not be responsible for lost payments.
