Purpose
Finalize the prioritized list of potential infrastructure improvements that might be funded by the $1 million deposit into the Davis Garden TIF District Increment Fund.

City staff previously developed a list of potential infrastructure improvement throughout the District that could be funded by the $1 million deposit

Background
The following infrastructure improvements were approved for funding as part of the September 23rd Davis Garden TIF Board Meeting:
Project Matching funds for the Kessler Theater's NCTCOG Grant Rosemont Plaza Rosemont Safe Route Davis Corridor Bicycle Facility City of Dallas Design Studio Concept for reconfiguration of W. Davis Street from Montclair to Zang Boulevard Total Est. Cost $60,000 $201,512 $36,272 $159,000 $35,880 $492,664 Source 100% OED; leverages approx. $180K in outside funds 100% OED 100% OED 100% OED 100% OED

Jason Roberts and Andrew Howard are here to explain the Kings Demonstration Plaza, Permanent Plaza and Parking concepts Staff is also asking the Board to reconsider the segments that comprise the Davis Street Corridor Bicycle improvements

Exclude the Mary Cliff Road to Zang Boulevard segment (approximately $21,000) Add the 7th Street Bicycle Facility as a segment (approximately $85,844)
