Developed and implemented a total comprehensive safety & health program from square one; including all policies, procedures, SOPs and their corresponding training programs. Also provided safety leadership for the Northeast Sales team, including workers compensation claims handling and fleet safety. Safety & Health Director Cressona Aluminum Company 1984 to 1988 Was the first Safety/Health professional to work for this 600 employee company.
