MIKROTEACING REFLECTION -

ENGLISH YEAR 2 MELOR

STRENGTH
Advantages and strengths that can be detected in the course oI microteaching assignment are
Iirmness and volume. A loud voice will help students help the understanding oI students
listening to what was communicated by the teacher. In addition, the volume also shows the rigor
in conveying something. This matter will aIIect the concentration and students Iocus. Pupils will
be more Iocused on delivering educational content regardless oI other disorders. SpeciIicity in
delivering education will make students more respect Ior his or her teachers. Clarity is also the
power to give directions identiIied in the delivery oI education. Clarity oI presentation played a
role in student understanding. This is because oI the actions oI students. Instructions were
cleared, to Iacilitate students to understand, and do the job according to the instructions and
guidelines given. Follow up by the right oI students to show understanding Ior delivery oI
student teachers on th subject.

WEAKNESSES
IdentiIied weaknesses in the implementation and the accuracy oI microteaching assignments in a
timely manner. Timeliness is important to ensure that teaching and learning ( P n P` ) worked
well and smoothly. On a daily lesson plan and recording ( RPH ) has been made, that the time
used to carry a measure oI teaching are incompatible. This is because there is harassment, and
other things that lead to more time taken to perIorm a step. However, the overall lesson is not too
aIIected. Furthermore, weaknesses in monitoring class is the problem. Teachers Iound just in
Iront oI the class without monitor student activity in every corner oI the classroom. Teachers
should work and monitor each student activities. Through this way, teachers can control the
situation and better classrooms. In addition, teachers can help students better.


HOW TO OVERCOME
Each weaknesses and detected deIiciencies require improvement to enhance the quality oI
teaching in the near Iuture. Based on the weaknesses and deIiciencies in microteaching
assignments, improvement needs to be done is the appropriate usage oI the presented studies and
monitoring oI pupils in the class. Teachers need to meet timeliness as speciIied in the RPH.
Timeliness oI the need to Iollow to launch the P n P process will also Iacilitate the delivery oI the
teachers complete each lesson learned Irom the beginning to the end.Teachers need to constantly
move around and walk to every corner oI the classroom to monitor and look at every activity
perIormed by the students during the PnP run. This method helps teachers to control students in
the classroom, either to control student behavior, or help the students lack oI understanding on
education at once. This must be done by every teacher in the PnP in the classroom. It shows the
interaction and eIIective communication between teachers and students.
