Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, I would take this opportunity to prove beyond reasonable doubt that the

accused Goldilocks in this case is guilty of breaking and entering (that is section 348 of criminal code), theft under $5000(ie section 322 and 344-b of the Criminal code), and possession of stolen goods(i.e. section 354 and 355-b). The evidences and the witnesses that will be provide today would leave no doubt in your mind that she is guilty of all charges. The defence will try to tell you that the accused Goldilocks was running away from a wolf, and just to protect herself she broke into the house of the bear family but there is no solid evidence to support that theory. Even if we assume for a minute that she broke into the house for her safety, Goldilocks had gained the knowledge that the house was vacant, and even after getting that knowledge she ate all porridge which was ment to be a meal for the entire family and caused property damage to the bear family by breaking baby bear's chair.

I would like to call upon my very first witness head of the bear family Papa bear. Prosecutor: Mr.Bear could you please let the court know in detail what did you see when you first entered Bear: When I first entered my house I noticed that someone had eaten all my familys porridge. Crown: Was there any property damage? Bear: Yes my sons chair was broken into pieces. Crown: Your honour here are photographic evidences to prove that.[hands over the photograph to the judge] What did you do after that? Bear: I went up to our master bedroom to make sure everything was alright, but apparently something was actually wrong as soon as I entered I saw this young lady sleeping in my sons bed and when she saw me she ran away. Crown: In order to prove that I would like to call upon DNA expert Dr.Vet Judge: you may proceede Crow: Dr.Vet could you please tell the court what conclusion did you end up with
