PREFACE
According to the Program of Gujarat Technological University, it is necessary for us to prepare the report on any particular company. As a student of Master of Business Administration, I have made the training report on AMUL INDUSTRIES PVT. LTD. This is situated at Rajkot, Gujarat.

In any type of the field we require theoretical and practical knowledge but as we know that only theoretical knowledge is not enough to do work in business. Therefore by practical knowledge we are also able to understand the industries working system, problems, departments, general information and relation with society.

I have presented this report, which reflects all types of information, which I have studied during my training period. I am very much happy to present my report.

The auto part sector is one of the fastest growing sectors in the economy. There are many players in this sector but AMUL INDUSTRIES PVT. LTD. is a step ahead of them all. It is committed to satisfy customers by providing quality products, which give highest value in final product. They believe that their employees are their most important assets through which they can reach the top in each field they venture into.

The project is based on understanding organizational overview and specific topic as the effectiveness of Training and Development.
