Introduction This paper evaluated the effectiveness of interest-based bargaining in contrast with traditional bargaining techniques through a review of literature on this topic. Information in this journal is concerned with the many benefits available through interest-based bargaining. Interestbased bargaining offers huge benefits to organizations that use the approach of collective agreement negotiations. This condition is also building a good relationship between managers and employees and a long way in resolving issues. Library managers in unionized libraries could realize these benefits by implementing interest-based bargaining strategies in coordination with a supportive union. Thus, the two interest-based negotiation model are examined. These models are Interest-based bargaining collaborative models and The PAST model (Barrett, 1990). Both models are covering the effectiveness of collective bargaining. Apart from this model, also made clear is concerned with traditional bargaining conflict. According to Barrett and O'Dowd bargaining point to this type of win-lose or negotiation of a resistance. Armstrong (2006) has stated that there are four stages in traditional bargaining. These stages is to prepare for negotiations, opening, bargaining and closing. In addition, Barred and O'Dowd has also identified five strengths in traditional bargaining. Further discussed in this paper is interest-based bargaining, also known as a consultant "integrative bargaining" and "win-bargain offer". Reilly (2002) has stated that negotiations of this type has features such as aid, plurality, trust and respect, the agreement without coercion participation and voice, individualist and collectivist dimensions. Rubin et al. (1999) presents a concept model identifies five stages of succession are necessary for an organization to go through in order to adopt a collaborative approach to bargaining. This stage is the impetus, the beginning, implementation, integration, and institutionalization. The process of collective bargaining after cooperation (Post, 1990), Post (1990) proposed a model, stages of the model is the commitment, the description, the confirmation, priority level, and the last stage of negotiations. The next model is concerned with the PAST model (Barrett, 1990). This model provides a framework for bargaining over benefits based on current interpretations in line with this approach.

.0 Comments This paper is evaluate the effectiveness of the bargain in different interest-based bargaining traditional techniques. At the beginning of this paper, the definition for both types of bargaining is not clear. Authors only include construction of the case to be less accurate on both of these types of bargaining. The reader will be lost in the basic user to read the next if the definition of a not explained correctly. For example, the definition of traditional bargaining conflict. The author just put another word for this bargaining and direct it into the next without clarifying the purpose of this type of bargaining with a more complete and clear. The next criticism of the use of the contents of which are not extended by the author. Authors only focus on content without putting some other substance. Emphasis contents are confined to the benefits of integrative negotiation and bargaining disagreement. Such a situation would lead to thinking readers will not grow due to less exposure to other issues. There is also content that overlaps in the review authors. Purpose of this overlapping content is, there are repetitions of the purpose to be served by the author. It is clear here that the writer is not skilled in the treatment of the contents as stated and can not achieve the real purpose of his writings. In addition, the writing style has also been the subject of criticism in this journal. Complex writing style has led the reader does not understand or are not clear about certain things. The use of signs with the purpose of which is uncertain and will affect the understanding of misleading readers of this journal. In addition, the authors have been using words that are difficult to understand such "adequacy", "Impetus" and others. This word has a meaning difficult to understand. Such a situation is certainly difficult for the reader to understand the text. This is because not all readers are one of those who are skilled in master the language English because the reader may be from a variety of different world geography skills in the use of this language.

.0 Proposals In securing a good definition, the author must use a variety of reference and other articles as a guide in completing the given definition. For example, the definition of bargaining refers to the integrative benefits. Integrative negotiation is a strategy where the goal is a result that is as good as possible for both parties. It can also be referred to as win-win negotiation. The idea of integrative negotiation is to work together to find the outcome that best helps both sides. This requires both sides to put more effort than usual into understanding what the other side requires and desires from a deal. Also known as a "win-win solution," integrative negotiation can be difficult, as it tends to require a considerable amount of compromise on both sides. Groups of people who are not used to working together may have to consider the negotiation to be more of a team effort, rather than a competition. Meanwhile, the definition of traditional bargaining is distributive. Traditionally, most negotiations work on a distributive basis. Distributive negotiation works on the principle that both sides will be out to get the deal which best helps them. This is often reflected in the assumptions analysts make about how a hypothetical set of negotiations will proceed and be resolved. In this situation, the two parties tend to see any gain as the other party's loss and vice versa. Integrative negotiation can take this issue off the table by looking for the best situation for all parties concerned. However for further improvements in respect of the content is not extended. The author should expand the scope of its focus on case to other Things such as the causes and consequences of the situation integrative and distributive negotiations, in consultation processes and other Things again. The writer should make more reference and research on other information in the negotiations. The information obtained needs to be included because it has a lot of good news. Information on this scope enables the reader to better understand the negotiation situation. In addition, the widening of the scope of this enables the reader to gain additional knowledge and prevent the reader from misconstrued. While the sentences overlap, the authors should make a review of his writings so that errors can be corrected. Revisions made to be done several times to get good results, and quality.

Further, improvements in terms of writing style. Writing style which is a curious sentence structure. The writer should use simple sentence structure and easy to understand. This situation may help readers to understand the meaning of the text more clearly. Good sentence structure can also be launching another one without reading the obstacles that interfere with its focus. Such a situation also prevents the reader from the text misrepresented. If misrepresented occurs, the entire paragraph will be other means or can not be understood by the reader. In addition, authors should avoid complex use of language. As a complex language know will make a person does not understand the meaning of the word is to be served by the author. Not everyone is skilled in English. Thus the words to be used should be simple so that all the different level of understanding of this language can be understood clearly.

.0 Opinion In my opinion, this journal does not meet the goals in providing an understanding to the reader because it has many weaknesses. Therefore, I do not agree with this journal. Disadvantages such as incomplete information, and more. can cause a reader will be confused, do not understand and so on. The writer should understand the needs of readers in completing this journal can be used as a reference to the building. In this respect, continuous improvement should be made from time to time to strengthen this paper. This journal is not suitable as a primary reference material caused by an obscure content and content that is not broad in scope. idea or not this vast scope can lead to thoughts of a stalemate and stagnation. If the reader is a student of this situation is certainly not recommended because it does not give any benefit from the content of journals is not growing. In addition, this journal should be taken to make improvements in terms of broadening the content, use simple sentences and others to facilitate the readers. Apart from imparting knowledge, extensive content also enables the reader does not feel bored quickly with the recitation materials.

.0 Conclusion Thorough reading of the results on this journal that this journal has many weaknesses that need to be improved. Needs improvement is necessary in order to revise this journal to be a good journal. If no improvement on this journal so the journal will continue to lose fans of readers. The journal does not cover ideas or broad scope of content that has resulted in weak this journal. In addition, this journal will not meet goals for failing to give the reader an understanding of the readers. The readers of this journal lost if failed in providing a comprehensive understanding to the reader. Good journals are journals that can give an insight to the readers. However, this journal still have value. The value of this journal is the journal issue or topic discussed with respect to the advantages or benefits of integrative bargaining than distributive. In the case of this journal, the union must be proficient in the use of both the integrative and distributive strategies. Although the integrative negotiation has many benefits in terms of relationships, resolve problems and so on to the union. However, there are studies that say that distributive strategies should be used in a particular situation and appropriate to the union negotiations to achieve successfully.
