Overview
EQUISHARE provides residential and commercial construction services, with a primary focus on large and small urban and rural structure development. This includes the following types of construction: o o o o o o o o Single family homes Town homes Apartment/Condominium complexes Office buildings Strip malls Schools Fire Stations And Many More

Single Family Homes

EQUISHARE combines sustainable construction materials, methods and renewable energy sources to form a systems approach to structure design. Building an energy efficient structure goes beyond providing additional layers of insulation and in-stalling more windows facing south. It requires integrating all of the structure systems that can be energy efficient without compromising aesthetics or construction quality. EQUISHARE will provide the installation of all required business/operation systems such as electrical, lighting, refrigeration, heating, etc. EQUISHARE will also provide wrecking services as a part of building construction projects. A typical EQUISHARE product is affordable yet elegant homes constructed primarily using the Structural Concrete Insulated Panel (SCIP) method of building construction. We are green builders in the type of products we use. We intend to continue to use many non-traditional, environmentally sound materials and methods. Striving for the highest energy efficiency, our systems approach to design maximize energy efficiency and functionality. EQUISHARE uses a design-build approach, where we select home designs to fit our customers budget and then build it. As changes occur during construction (as they always do), we adjust the design, products, etc. as necessary to make sure the original budget is maintained.

Services
Financing EquiShare will help, to the best of our abilities, anyone who wises us to procure financing to purchase a

home. We will connect them with specific lending organizations as well as provide financing through EquiShare to some clients when necessary. We will insure that the search for financing will be an effortless process with our help. Pre Construction We provide our client with a number of structure plans to select from, or we will take their plan and customize it to use the SCIP construction method if necessary. We will provide an options list to select any special finishing items above the standards we are providing to the client. We will also provide all the administrative paper work resolution for each structures construction. Project plans and schedules will be provided for the client by providing our client access to our website where they will have the ability to monitor the status of their future structures construction. Construction The construction quality will be monitored and approved by our quality assurance staff, insuring that every detail of construction is to Equishares and our client's satisfaction. Our client will also be able to receive construction updates for their new structure through their personal web page option on our EquiShare website. The website also show detailed pictures of the construction process. Post Construction EquiShare will not abandon the client once we turn the keys over to them. We will have our quality control staff meet with the client to discuss and remedy and discrepancies, no matter how slight. This will occur at one week, one month, six months and one year after the client takes possession. Our quality control staff will be readily available on a moments notice to rectify any construction issues. Operation Our operations strategy minimize cost through simple, functional home designs and maximize quality through passive solar design, maximized energy efficiency and sound construction. To achieve this objective, EQUISHARE utilizes the design-build approach to construction. Design-build requires continual, open communication with the customer. Thus communication and trust is the basis for our operations.

The added benefits of the technology are many. Fast and easy to deploy Lower per square foot cost Wind resistant Very energy efficient in winter or summer Sound migration proof Superior structural stability Termite proof Single Family Homes As far as the construction system goes, it is very flexible and easily managed. A crew of four laborers and a trained manager can erect a 2000 sq ft home structure in a matter of days, not weeks or months. Within the first few days the structure will become completely enclosed from the elements. The construction of the new home can be completely finished in less then two months. The cost of constructing with EQUISHAREs construction system is significantly lower per square foot, then conventional construction methods. Large Scale Structures This method of construction is also well suited for large scale building. Using this method, we can build the school, library, fire station, police station, stores, etc., that are cost effective and safe. Design Build Method The design-build method involves an agreement between a single firm to produce everything with its own staff or subcontractors (EquiShare): planning, design and construction. In some cases, turn key contracts involve the financing package as well. Generally, design-build firms are licensed as architect/engineers and as general contractors. In some cases, the contractor may also be a joint venture or partnership.

Environmental Consultants Surveyors Lender(s) Property Managers (rental developments)

Owners Tasks In the Design-Build model, the owner takes a front seat in a relationship with a single contract or to provide the desired structure. The most important change involves the owner developing a very clear design program followed up by an explicit component-by-component set of standards augmented with a list of regulations, codes and legal requirements. The owner must be able to describe the desired product and know the funders requirements or it may end up with a low quality product. Work-in-progress inspections must be very thorough because there is no arms-length architect. Owners Tasks: Investigating the site/property Setting the design criteria with Board Hiring surveyors Hiring design-build firm Establishing cost limitations Determining the project size, use and ownership Coordinating legal review Construction monitoring Project approvals Design-Build Team Tasks The owner contracts with a single entity who is required to provide the complete design, all project management and execute all work required to deliver a specific building product back to the owner. This single entity eliminates the tensions between designers and contractors that the owners are oft times caught between. Trade- offs between design issues and construction issues become internal to the contractor. This one-stop shopping can be extended even further to include financing, land acquisition and property management. In turn key contracts, the Design-Build company oft times purchases the land, completes all site improvements, packages the financing, builds the structures and eventually turns the projects keys over to the owner upon completion. Design-Build Team Tasks: Apply local codes and standards to owners program Preparation of final plans and specs Construction of building Job site safety Preparation of payment requests Warranty of work Optional:

Methodologies are based on techniques proven successful and resulting in the implementation of quality systems. Modern software engineering practices are used to develop value added hardware and software systems. We evaluate business requirements and design systems to suit your environment. Hardware and software applications supported include financial, manufacturing, personnel, and insurance as well as many others. Incorporating structured analysis and design techniques, we produce efficient, flexible, and low cost systems. Our systems engineering methodology addresses issues that evolve during the project lifecycle such as: o o o o o Reducing Lifecycle Cost Effective Resource Allocation Accurate Measurement of Project Status Problem Identification and Resolution Reduced Maintenance Cost

Use of project lifecycle methodologies allow you to maintain control over the entire implementation effort. ITS practices the lifecycle approach which emphasizes the following phases: o o o o o Systems Analysis Systems Design Development Implementation Maintenance and Support

The products derived from preceding phases of the lifecycle serve as deliverables to the next. ITS can support the entire lifecycle process or assist you through individual phases. The phases are explained below.

Marketing@Equishare-Holding.com : Phone (347) 347-867-8347 (703) 878-3114 : www.equishare-holdings.com Page 18

Systems Analysis The systems analysis of the project lifecycle is the process of defining the scope and requirements of new or enhanced systems. During this phase the project team develops an understanding of the proposed systems. Business requirements are documented ensuring that all business functions are addressed. Approval of the business design document by the project team ensures that the effort proceeds with total understanding of the business requirements. ITS works closely with users to accurately define the scope of the problem and the business objectives. To define business requirements, interviews are conducted, meetings are held, and questionnaires may be administered. To understand current processes, existing documentation is reviewed. To ensure that all information needs are considered, data flow diagrams are developed. Software and hardware evaluations may also be conducted depending on the scope of the project. The final product from this phase is the business design document, identifying the business functions to be supported by the system. This document is used as the foundation to begin the next phase, System Design. System Design System design is the phase of the lifecycle that reveals a cost effective approach to fulfilling system requirements. Various alternative are considered during this phase ensuring that all issues of development are addressed. ITS develops systems yielding cost effective solutions to meeting system requirements while providing flexibility for future enhancements. The deliverables that evolve during this phase provide the foundation for the development phase. Development During the development phase, consultants use their skills to translate hardware and software system requirements. Testing and documentation are performed through the development process. System walk throughs are conducted to ensure that all requirements are incorporated accurately. Throughout the process the requirements are refined to ensure that a quality product is produced. Once this phase is complete, implementation can proceed. Implementation The implementation phase transforms the analysis, design, and development efforts into a comprehensive processing mechanism which meets the specific requirements of a business function. The product of the implementation phase is a system designed to accurately and effectively accommodate processing for a business function. Maintenance and Support Maintenance is an integral phase of the lifecycle of a system. Maintenance is one of the most costly function within the development process. Modern structured design and development techniques streamline the maintenance function by providing modular designs and ongoing system documentation. Essential support include selection and purchase of hardware and software, planning and budgeting for the acquisition and development of systems and consulting with vendors during and beyond the installation phase. Where necessary, training provision for the client in the operation management and maintenance of the system. A training syllabus will be tailored to satisfy specific client needs.

EquiShare will offer hands-on, career-focused programs in aviation maintenance, conveniently located near major airports. We will offer large, modern classrooms and labs (offering hands-on, instructional learning); industry-specific equipment (learn with state-of-the-art aviation tools); and experienced faculty(instructors with indepth industry experience and knowledge). The Aircraft Maintenance program will be fully approved by the Civil Aviation Authorities and certified under Civil Aviation Authorities. The program consists of 24 months of instruction in forty-five different subject areas which, when completed, would qualify the student to take the Civil Aviation Authorities written, oral, and practical examination. When these examinations are completed and passed the graduate would receive the Civil Aviation Authorities' mechanic rating for Airframe and Powerplant maintenance. At the Aircraft Program the student will learn to perform maintenance and inspection on different types of flyable aircraft and customer's aircraft, which will help to qualify the graduate for that job in the Aviation industry. The students in the Aircraft program receive instruction from fully licensed and certified Airframe and Power plant technicians.

Certificate Programs
To keep aircraft in peak operating condition, aircraft mechanics and service technicians perform scheduled aircraft maintenance; make repairs, and complete inspections required by the Aviation Ministry. Many aircraft mechanics, also called airframe, powerplant, and avionics aviation maintenance technicians, specialize in preventive aviation maintenance. They inspect engines, landing gear, instruments, pressurized sections, accessories-brakes, valves, pumps, and air-conditioning systems, for example-and other parts of the aircraft, and do the necessary aircraft maintenance and replacement of parts. Aircraft mechanics also test the fuselage, wings and tail for signs of corrosion, distortion and cracks. Aviation maintenance mechanics (including airframe and powerplant technicians, avionics technicians, and instrument repair personnel) have the important responsibility of keeping airplanes and their equipment working safely and efficiently. They service, repair, and overhaul various aircraft components and systems including airframes, engines, electrical and hydraulic systems, propellers, avionics equipment, and aircraft instruments. In recent years their work has changed greatly because of advances in computer technology, solid state electronics, and composite structural material.
Marketing@Equishare-Holding.com : Phone (347) 347-867-8347 (703) 878-3114 : www.equishare-holdings.com Page 29

The majority of mechanics who work on civilian aircraft are certificated by the Civil Aviation Authorities as "airframe mechanic," "powerplant mechanic," or "avionics repair specialist." Aircraft mechanics who also have an inspector's authorization can certify work completed by other mechanics and perform required inspections. Uncertified mechanics are supervised by those with certificates. The Civil Aviation Authorities requires at least 18 months of work experience for an airframe, powerplant, or avionics repairer's certificate. For a combined A & P certificate, at least 30 months of experience working with both engines and airframes is required. Completion of a program at a Civil Aviation Authorities-certificated aviation mechanic school can substitute for the work experience requirement. Established Civil Aviation Authorities standards require that certificated aviation mechanic schools offer students a minimum of 1,900 actual class hours. Courses normally last from 24 to 30 months and provide training with the tools and equipment used on the job. We will be placing more emphasis on technologies such as turbine engines, composite materials-including graphite, fiberglass, and boron-and aviation electronics, which are increasingly being used in the construction of new aircraft.

Requirements
Educational Courses in mathematics, physics, chemistry, electronics, computer science, and mechanical drawing are helpful, because they demonstrate many of the principles involved in the operation of aircraft, and knowledge of these principles is often necessary to make repairs. While a high school diploma is not required to become an apprentice aircraft mechanic, employers give preference to applicants who are high school or vocational school graduates; thus, such a diploma is essential. Mathematics, physics, computer science, chemistry, English, and aerospace education courses are suitable subjects to pursue while in high school, because the aircraft mechanic I avionics technician must understand the physical principles involved in the operation of the aircraft and its systems. Also, a high school diploma is normally recommended as a prerequisite for attending a technical school or a college offering A & P training. The aircraft mechanic is expected to continue his or her education, even after hiring, in order to keep abreast of the continuing technical changes and improvements in aircraft and associated systems.

Personality The successful aircraft mechanic should have an above average mechanical ability and a desire to work with their hands. He or she should also have an interest in aviation, appreciation of the importance of doing a job carefully and thoroughly, and the desire to learn throughout a career.

During these periods of chaos and maturity, opportunities emerge for innovations to respond to changing demand. This century transportation demand is shaped by the desire for personal command of schedules and itineraries (mobility and accessibility), higher speed from doorstepto-destination and greater privacy and security. Of course, these desires must be satisfied while maintaining safety, affordability, and convenience for the consumer. In addition, the public requirements for national airspace capacity, efficiency, cost and environmental compatibility of operations must be met. Based on the current forces, a unique opportunity may exist to respond to the burgeoning demand for higher speed transportation (doorstep-to-destination) early in this century. Typically, these opportunities are enabled by new technologies. A premise of the present analysis is that the ingredients for a significant advancement in transportation are present. Specifically, the most significant advancement in doorstep-to-destination speed since the emergence of the hub-spoke airways system is possible, if the challenges can be met for making small aircraft and airports more available to the traveling public. The current set of enabling technologies include, a new generation of engines, avionics, airframe, navigation, communication, and operator training for a new generation of small transportation aircraft. We specialize in providing aircraft for passengers who prefer to fly private air charter. We can locate our aircraft at a moment's notice or arrange several jet aircraft options. Availability throughout the world, a stable of private jets is ready to provide our customer with on demand 24/7 prime access to private air charter service.

will fly into airports that will take the customer to hard to reach destinations. We will follow the customers flight itinerary from wheels up to their final destination. Our excellent service will set the tone for their private air charter experience.

Booking Flights
Due to client demand, we have a system to book members who are willing to book a one-way flight, at the stated price. If your private air charter itinerary can utilize the "other half" of the flight segment, the cost of your charter flight will be similar to the posted (based on actual itinerary), a one-way, Empty Leg price! An Empty Leg is when the aircraft is already scheduled to fly a passenger (or pick up a passenger) on a one-way trip. The other "leg", where the aircraft flys empty, is considered the empty leg or backhaul. Since the first passenger has paid for the aircraft, the empty leg rate is substantially reduced. When you contact us, we will provide you with the one-way cost of your private air charter itinerary. If you are ready to book the flight at the estimated one-way cost, we will post the request for other potential clients to consider. We will contact both parties to put the trip together once confirmed. All trips will incur a 100% cancellation fee, as both segments must be utilized to offer the one-way pricing. The cost of travel differs depending on the type of aircraft chartered. The hourly rate ranges from $250/hr for the Piper Aztec to over 5,000/hr for the Gulfstream V. At the time you choose. Pilots will be scrambled, aircraft fueled, and on the way to pick you up and take you to your destination. Our charter is based on chartering the entire aircraft. No matter how many passengers, the rate is the same. Thus, flying with 5 or more passengers will rate out to that of flying the airlines. Our quotes are based on flying any time of the day or evening. The flight schedule is based on your schedule. All aircraft are maintained under FAA's part 135 License. This license is based on carrying paying passengers, and is very comprehensive when dealing with aircraft, pilots, maintenance, and overall operation of the Fixed Based Operators. All flights must be confirmed seventy-two (72) hours before the actual flight (where time permits)

Estimated Cost
While many charter operators include all surcharges in their base price, we bill other aspects of the trip as extra charges. These can include handling fees (landing and takeoffs),

municipal landing fees, ramp (parking) fees, waiting time, overnight charges, de-icing, pre-heating of cabin and/or engines, hangar storage, and federal and state taxes. Landing and ramp fees are regarded as pass-along expenses to the customer. The fees vary widely. Though usually quite reasonable, the expense to land at major metropolitan airports can be very high.
