Modern and Nobel scientists can only see and measure something that had happened. Modern and Nobel scientists measure in present time (real time) an event that happened in past time (event time). The difference between present time (real time) and past time (event time) is shift time or the time interval between when an event happens and when an event is measured. Modern and Nobel scientists' experimental results are visual or later recording of an event (real time results) and are not actual results or same time recording (event time results) and the difference is time shift in recording of actual data and amounts to an illusion called modern and Nobel science.
