Ambos significan lo mismo: tener. Indican posesin.

1. El uso de have got es ms restringido que el de to have. El uso de have got est ms localizado en el ingls britnico y, ms concreto, en determinadas zonas, mientras que en Estados Unidos es ms usado to have. DIFERENCIAS 2. To have puede utilizarse como auxiliar a la hora de construir las negativas, interrogativas y short answers; o utilizar el auxiliar do para ello, significando lo mismo. En el have got, el have hace de auxiliar, no puede utilizarse el do alternativamente. I have not = I dont have Have you? = Do you have? I have got Have you got?
