Mission Fundraisers:
Proceeds from the following events, Ballet Magnificat!, Passover Meals, Garage Sale and Golf Scramble benefit Beltway Parks School of Missions teams traveling all over the world in 2012.
Tuesday / February 14 @ 7:00pm / Beltway Park Hope in the face of suffering. Bravery in the midst of despair. Choreographer/Artistic Director Jiri Sebastian Voborskys Hiding Place follows the struggle of two sisters, Corrie and Betsie ten Boom, as they help their life-long Jewish neighbors and friends find security in a small hiding place built in the wall of their home, only to be discovered and transported to the concentration camp of Ravensbruck to face struggles far exceeding their wildest imagination. The story is unveiled with a great level of drama, passion, pain, yet joy and ultimately hope, as the audience is challenged to believe the unbelievable, the power of forgiveness through Jesus Christ. Plan now for an evening of dinner and the ballet for Valentines! Look for information regarding reservations and tickets!

Life Groups
Real life change rarely occurs in isolation. Thats why at Beltway you hear a lot about getting together in small groups we call them Life Groups. Gathering all over the Abilene region, people from every stage of life (diverse, young married, women, men, college, and single adults) meet to follow Jesus more closely. You might not think that engaging truth or ministering to one another could be so informal yet be so intensely rewarding. Simple. Spiritual. Encouraging. Life Transforming. Life Groups at Beltway Park create a great environment for genuine community, spiritual growth, and developing servant leaders.

GroupLink is a specific, two-hour experience designed to help individuals and/or families connect with a small group. School of Missions
School of Missions is the umbrella ministry for all short-term mission teams endeavoring to share the heart of Beltway Park to partner with local churches in the Nations of the earth. The emphasis of the school is team preparation, understanding cross-cultural ministry and service to the local churches we partner with. The School fosters unity of purpose between all of the teams being sent out from Beltway Park. During the year the School of Missions will provide four sessions for mission teams to worship and pray together, and hear a short teaching on various pertinent topics. Participation in these sessions is for all team members. We encourage everyone to experience the hands-on ministry of sharing Jesus through a short-term mission trip. Whether using a puppet, hammer, stethoscope, playing baseball or engaging in one-on-one evangelism, youll have the opportunity to reach the lost and brokenhearted.
