Food and Beverage Minimum: Each private dining area has a Food and Beverage
Minimum. If this minimum is not reached, the dierence will be added to the
nal bill as a room rental fee.

Room Fee: Room Fees are assessed for private parties only and are due at booking.
Room Fees are non-refundable and do not apply to the nal bill.
Bar Arrangements: Bar arrangements consist of a choice of a hosted bar which
would consist of an open tab to guests that is paid with the nal bill or a
cash bar where guests pay per drink ordered.
Menu Selection: Due to a uid market, all prices are subject to change without
notice. Steinhilbers recommends clients oer a limited menu to their
guests. A limited menu not only allows clients to control costs but also
improves the speed of service from order-taking to entree delivery. With
the exception of special entrees, taking individual guests orders in advance
of the reservation is not necessary nor is it recommended. If guests orders
are taken in advance, servers will re-take the orders at the table.
Steinhilber's will make every eort to accommodate special entree requests.
Special entrees, or any request not found on our menu or wine list, may be
ordered with a minimum of 48 hours notice. All special request orders must
be paid for regardless of consumption.
Special Conditions: Special Conditions include but are not limited to wheelchair
accessibility, problems with stairs, specic lighting requirements or unusual
table arrangements. ese must be addressed at the time of booking to
guarantee accommodation.
Video and Technical Equipment: Available Video equipment includes LCD
projectors, screens, laser pointers, telephone, and wireless internet access
and must be reserved with the room to guarantee availability.
Celebratory Cakes: Steinhilbers can supply celebratory cakes with 48 hours notice.
If the client elects to supply their own cake there will be a service charge of $2
per diner.
Final Guest Counts are requested 48 hours prior to scheduled event.

Private Reservation Areas:
Back Wine Cellar: e back section of the downstairs dining area. is is our most exible area
with a capacity of 20 to 50 guests. is area is considered private but if complete privacy is needed
for a meeting or a presentation, the entire downstairs area must be reserved.
Room Fee: $ 100
F & B Minimum: $ 1000
Wine Cellar: is is our largest area and seats between 50 and 90 guests. It includes the entire
downstairs dining space.
Room Fee: $ 200
F & B Minimum: $ 2000
Garden Room: Our newest space has a capacity of 50 to 70 guests. Because access to our popular
outdoor patio dining area relies on passage through this space, we can not guarantee complete
privacy between Memorial Day and Labor day and therefore do not reserve it as such.
Room Fee: $ 250
F & B Minimum: $ 2200
Club Room: e Club Room is our most frequently booked room. It is ideal for 20 to 35 guests.
It is also our most private room capable of being completely closed o from the rest of the
restaurant any night.
Room Fee: $ 100
F & B Minimum: $ 850
Alcove: A small nook at the far end of our waiting area is a pleasant surprise to many smaller
groups who want to be tucked away. It comfortably seats 8 to 12 guests.
Room Fee: $ 40
F & B Minimum: $ 400

Te undersigned (client) understands this is an agreement with Steinhilbers to provide services
for a fee. Any unruly, belligerent, or intoxicated guest will be removed without hesitation, children
must be attended at all times. Client agrees to have any decorations approved by management.
^o sprinkles/metalic confetti are permitted. Steinhilbers may assess a fee for inordinate or extreme
clean-up and/or repairs. Because of market fuctuations, prices are not guaranteed, parties are
charged menu prices on the day the party occurs, not menu prices on the day the reservation was
made. If some unforeseen event prevents Steinhilbers from honoring a reservation, all Fees and/or
Deposits will be returned in full.
