Creation of Short Cut to the RD Session Host

Start All Programs Accessories RDC

 Click on options

 Click on Display tab

 Click on Experience

 Go back to the General Tab and click on Save As

 Save on the Desktop with Dynamics ERP as the name

 The short cut should appear like this image

Printer configuration
Share the printer locally On the Remote Desktop, access the shared resources by clicking on Start Run type \\IPAddress of the client pc. Right on the printer and choose connect. If it prompts for drivers installation, click on install drivers. open printers and devices from control panel And set this printer as the default printer. Test by print from notepad and Dynamics

Outlook Configuration
It is important to note that, on the RD session Host, outlook will be configured for sending mail only. Start All Programs Microsoft Outlook Microsoft Office 2010

Basic Troubleshooting

The Computer does not have connection to the Server. Check the contact of the network cable and the network card. When convinced that the cable is connected correctly, ping the RD session Host (172.16.0.34), and ping any local server (Data Center). If you dont get reply from the two machines ,then check the local network connectivity. if you get reply only from the local server RD session Host contact the Administrator near you.

If You can connect but receive the following error

 The connection between the terminal server and the Application Server has been lost The Dynamics Service is either down or the Application server is down The power (light) at the datacenter is Off
