Try to aim for your specialty of choice but it is not necessary Look for active REALLY active!! staff members Go to the new staff because they need the publications Think of ideas to approach then take what they have Write anything and I mean ANYTHING at all Start off with a case report go on to a review READ about paper writing on the net , search youtube for lectures
