An Effort to Achieve World Peace The world peace is always associated with the state of a man who is not uptight, outer and inner peace. Feelings of anxiety are not bringing people into an atmosphere of conducive for itself in producing a work that was real for the benefit of mankind itself. In fact, have ever peace completely created and materialized? As we know so far, global peace has never really embraced us significantly. This is because the cold war still going on, injustice is everywhere, the gaping disparity between the rich and the poor exist in various parts of the world, human selfish still being scattered everywhere, security has not been established, widespread hunger, poverty, etc. Then, what kind of peace that we want? What it is the importance that our stomach can eat? There is no dispute anywhere? Is the judge firmly in the proper of real justice? Was there no famine? Is there no poverty? It turned out so many thoughts raced through human who wants to feel at peace. Is peace only a mere utopia? Real peace can be achieved if the human being has a soul of tolerant, easy to forgive and not gluttony. But in reality this world has been divided into more than 100 countries and the peace that could be achieved easily become very difficult. Seeing this, the peace into business affairs of each country are held by their respective governments as well. In this stage, if we want to achieve it, we must set the record straight about the concept of what is the global world peace? Referring to the statement about world peace brought by Immanuel Kant in his famous book entitled 'Perpetual Peace', if humanity wants to achieve global world peace then there are two things that need to be done: First, keep organizations above the Countries which can formulate the concept of international law and global world peace itself that could control human behavior so they cannot easily damage the peace of the world with acts of war, terrorisms, etc. However, the weakness of this statement to me is about the regulators or executors

of this concept of peace and international law. Regulator or executor must be truly independent, not driven or influenced by anyone and anything to ensure the enforcement of international law of peace will always stand upright. Second, it needs a mass awareness about the need to achieve world peace in various lines of life. Of course, this awareness did not grow by itself but we must also give considerable insight and understanding to all mankind about the consciousness of world peace. Referring to the various issues above, then who are the right people in starting the movement for world peace? Is it parents, women, men, children or young people who incidentally will be the successor of a nation in the future? According to my thought and opinion, the best position and strategic in starting the difficult task of world peace is in the hands of youth. Youth is the most critical community groups on all matters and the role of the youth have been proven to be very important in realizing the peace of this world. As we know that youth have a positive spirit and young upheavals that could make a change in the State though. Changes as exemplified by the young United States in the 1960s who protested the U.S. attack against the Vietnam, and there is also the Indonesian student movement in 1998 simultaneously doing a demo protesting the decline of the Suharto regime, etc. And all related about it, history has proven that youth can change, they also can drive and controlling of such an institution, government, organizations or even individuals who act arbitrarily. To maximize the realization of peace in the world in a structured and well organized, the youth around the world should be aware and make a worldwide network of youth groups from the regional, national to international. For that reason, I referred to this as a business that is very hard and must be done continuously, due to the challenges of international unification. So, with the presence of a youth organization in the world, it is hoped that it can be an alternative of purely independent organization above countries besides the United Nations that is expected to become an independent organization in addition to overseeing the UN world peace and ensuring the international law of world peace can be run, so that the ideals peace that seems very utopian can be realized. Amen!
