5, 2012 Chancellor Center Board Room AGENDA I. Call to Order This meeting is a public session of the Council Rock Board of School Directors. This meeting is being recorded by the Council Rock School District and may be recorded by members of the audience. II. Routine Actions A. Pledge of Allegiance B. Roll Call C. Superintendents Report D. Public Comment (30 minutes) Public comment is an opportunity for members of the public to address the Board. We would ask that you limit your comments to no longer than three minutes. Please consider the fact that there may be young children in the audience or watching this broadcast live on CRTV when speaking. It is our goal to maintain a respectful environment so that members of our community have an equal opportunity to address the Board without interruption. While the Board welcomes your ideas and will consider them in deliberating an issue, we may not respond to your comments or questions. III. Items for Board Approval 1. Approval of Act 34 Resolution for Goodnoe Elementary School Mr. Taylor

FA MEM FA AiRES FA AD The Administration recommends the approval of the Act 34 Resolution and authorization to advertise for Goodnoe Elementary School. 2.Approval of an Amendment to our 403 (b)Plan Document - Mr. Reinhart BA LTR Heart Amendment to 403(b) Plan The Administration recommends the approval of the Amendment to our 403(b) plan document based on Federal Heroes Earnings Assistance and Relief Act of 2008 (Heart Act), The Amendment addresses interruptions of pay and benefits as a result of qualified uniformed military service, requires some changes to our 403(b) Plan Document. 3. Intention to Approve the 2012-2013 PDE 2028 Budget Report in Accordance with BA MEM Act 1 Mr. Reinhart BA 2028 Act 1 requires the District to either make the PDE 2028 form available for public inspection or adopt a resolution indicating that we will not raise taxes by more than the Act1 index. The Finance Committee recommends approving the PDE 2028 at the January 19th Board Meeting.
