COURSE FOCUS
Project managers are responsible for identifying project risks and preparing mitigation plans. Tailored to align with the PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP) certification, this course provides the skills required to assess and identify project risks, mitigate threats and capitalize on opportunities. It also covers techniques used to communicate risks to the project team. This course also introduces Primaveras Risk Management solution Primavera Risk Analysis. The lessons lead you through examples of specific risk modeling techniques and provide a lab-style class for application of the learned techniques.
