Well renowned EPCC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning) group engaged in conglomerate activities having vertical integration comprising of DDFC (Pvt.) Ltd. Engineering Kinetics (Pvt.) Ltd., Flowtronics (Pvt.) Ltd., , and Shiraz & company (Pvt.) Ltd. The group has their businesses from civil, mechanical and electric installation to knitwear, spread geographically in three continents.

Manager Accounts & Finance


From July, 2010 to present As Manager Accounts and Finance, key responsibilities include; Heading accounts & finance function; Negotiations with financial institutions (mainly banks and leasing companies) regarding financing facilities; Internal Controls system review and updating the same in collaboration with group internal audit function; Finalization of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts for managements review and liaison with external auditors; Support and coordination with external auditors during external audit; Final Cost Review (FCR) of export orders; Finalization of Income Tax and Sales Tax Returns; and Related and ancillary assignments given by management (i.e. half yearly stock take supervision; budgeting, variance analysis etc).

From 08 July, 2006 to 07 January, 2010 (3.5 years) I attained extensive practical experience in the fields of audit, taxation & system designing related to various types of organizations including quoted, un-quoted and private limited companies.
