According to the HAFA guide book and the attached NAR document the approval should have been for 45 days. SPS approved an ARASS on the above mentioned property on 12/2 and only gave us 17 days to close. According to the attached National Association of Realtors (NAR) publication located at the bottom of page 2 under closing and release SPS is obligated to give us a minimum of 45 days to close. On Top of all this SPS has the property set to foreclose tomorrow which is, what I understand, yet another Violation. The buyers are moving forward and can close in the 45 days. All I am asking for is the approval that should have when out good through the 16th and the sale date postponed.
