A. Cleanliness, Sanitation and Health CRITERIA 1. Presence/maintenance of sanitary toilets 1.1 80% of total households with sanitary toilets [water sealed toilet and sufficient water for flushing] 1.2 Presence of sanitary toilets in public places - Plaza, Market and Gym [water sealed toilet & sufficient water for flushing] 2.
