There are some more exercises that one can accomplish during moments of extreme Joy and cash upon such passing that shall not last long initially; but can bring accomplish a herculean assignment which shall create another self within the one that is more happy and mature. We can fi nd people around ourselves who have been yearning to do certain things since pas t more than three decades but that day is yet to arrive when they shall actually put their right foot down and give their yearning a firm start. (a real hardcor e training upon this subject has been given under my e book desire 2 truewill) Remember this exercise require a pre-hand serious reminder at the back of mind t hat as and when such occasion shall arise I shall utilize the power of extreme J oy for the purpose of my real inner growth. Once you install such a reminder at the back of your mind then there are great chances that on the opportune moments a reminder shall shoot up to your awareness for its due consideration. Now presuming that you are into the most Joyous moments and everything else has been forgotten; a blissful immersion into a state of joy is under its way and the reminder shoots up into your awareness Pause for a while and remind yourself tha t thing (the one that you have been yearning to start but failed to do so) say to y ourself that here I resolve once and for all that right from this moment onward my initiation upon this subject (the one you year most) is triggered. The power of extreme joy has brought all levels of my awareness into absolute alignment an d I with absolute force start upon this subject After that affirmation take a pie ce of paper (do not waste any moment to search for a diary, lap top or else just take whatever is available, tear a corner of an envelope or what else is availab le) and now simply write down first three steps that follow as to do under you sub ject Observe two major precautions over here first that you do not search for a pa per that moment and second that you do not go on writing a long list of to-dos. Although the enjoyment can prolong for a much longer period of time but the real ecstasy that makes the brain stop its working does not last that long and those most precious moments should not get lost for search es or detailing those are the moments when your deeper self and the peripheral on e are opened to each other therefore those moments have to be utilized to ground your resolves. By any chance if those moments of ecstasy (extreme Joy) get lost to mundane activities that can be very well looked afterwards then the entire e

xercise goes waste. It is like a rare solar or lunar eclipse for which scholars of astronomy make great beforehand preparations to record its moving phases eclip ses do not last for very long period of time at times the most important phase of the eclipse does not last for more than one to five minutes and if those preciou s moments are given a slip on account of placing camera stands or searching for appropriate focus glasses then that occasion shall go in vain and the wait shall have to prolong itself for another opportune moment that may turn when none knows .
