Hyundai company

It is a Korean base company. The main parts still comes from Korea.
Initially there was about 3000 cars but now around 600000 vehicles.

In India its plant is situated at c.paramdoor, Chennai.
In 1998 it made its first step to India.

But the head in India must be a Korean person.
In India, this group is divided into 5 regions i.e. east, west, north, south
and central.

Bhopal comes under west region.
In west zone there 65-70 dealers are there (at Mumbai, goa,
ahemdabaad, Bhopal etc.)
The west zone has 3 regions named west1 (Mumbai), west2 (Gujarat),
west3 (Bhopal.)
The every region has a regional head. The west zone has regional head at
Mumbai.

Identification of different vehicles by VIN NO. and Engine no.---The vin no.
identifies the model and manufacturing year of the car.A different five digits codes
is assign to identify the model of the car.



Codes for different models of the car are:-
MALAN and MALAM i 10
MALAA Santro
MALCH Verna
MALBB i 20

If a car having a vin no. MALAN 51 BL5M then the 5 beside the M identifies the
manufacturing year of the car.It identies that the car is manufacture at 2005.

Now let us assume an imaginary data:-
y Existing cars=4000,
y New cars=2000
Now in 1 yr there will be 3 services..i.e. 12000 for 4000 vehicles.
now in per day basis:-
y The vehicles per day = 12000/300=40
Now there will be more dealers at Bhopal...so we wont get all 40...
Let we get overall 2500 vehicles 1000new and 1500 old...so we have 7500 serv
per year
y Hence 7500/300=25 vehicles per day..
Let we get 20 vehicles per daythen no of bays and lifts required???
1 bay can have 3 cars a day (minimum)
No of lifts = no of bays /2
Hence from above data calculating we require-\
Total 6 bays out of them 3 have lift
but by inc the mechanic and helper increasing the efficiency of each bay we can
handle all with 4 bays and 2 with lifts.

On the third day PSF (post service follow-up) call and ask the customer to rate
the services from 1-10

the vehicle has been bought from any other dealer is known as gold customer.

1. Battery:-
it is the storage of electricity.
A battery of more current rating will provide high starting torque.
The high current batteries have more no of zinc plates hence larger In size.

2. Alternator:-
it has inbuilt rectifier and regulator
Carbon brushes are used.
It basically has 2 functions-
1. Charging of battery
2. Provide air pressure to booster in breaks.






The ECM then supplies to
1. Engine & fuel supply.

down the excesslve fuel ln the tunk. Now only one plpe und u vulve ls glven ,
by openlng thut vulve pressure ls ud|usted to control the flow of fuel.
